      ESPN is shit.. They went woke with some shady Sports Analyst. Why they hired the worst people in Sports. Their willing to let them lie to people. And if Shannon Sharp follows them Clowns. He deserves to go over the cliff with them. As Apple has him under control. To make sure he stays on that plantation. It's sick what Sports has become.. Black National Anthem. Get the hell out of here.
      Why Jason Whitlock is right. The Woke want their hands on that $Billion Dollar Industry..

    I would love to see a deep dive on Spag's run defense. I want to know what the chess match looks like from the DC perspective with regards to how you pair zone blitz's and different fronts and coverage shells to stop the two best run units in the game with the 9ers and the ravens in back to back weeks. How do the chiefs counter the use of deceptions to get a numerical advantage to one side of the field? Obviously you can stack the box and it helps to cover well out of base, but if those guys are chasing ghosts it doesn't matter. Shanahan is a genius at putting players in conflict positions. I could watch tape of this game for many more weeks on the oline committee.

    Mahomes communicates more with his players! Telling lineman and backfield what they need to do before the snap! He will tell his center to have line check on who they got! They start pointing at opponents, he will also tell backfield mates go that way in motion! Reid and Mahomes more communication and practice for last minute drives including overtime!

    Just a friendly tip: It would help viewers a lot if you got into the habit of giving us context before each play breakdown. For example: "This is 3rd quarter, 6:39 to play, 2nd and 10 from the Chiefs 37". Or sth like that.

    I think ultimately they wanted Purdy to beat us and the D was the proof. Shut down the run because we don't think that Purdy can beat us. Watching the All-22 shows that ultimately Purdy didn't have his best game and Debo quit on some plays or at the least didn't run though or slowed down. This is a team sport and some of the plays where simply either not ran correctly or had poor design. Need to have a hot when Purdy is hot. The first example is a great example of who's my hot? Should Purdy have thrown it to the #1 tightend thus season instead of throwing up a prayer in the endzone

  • @WizzRacing
    @WizzRacing 7 месяцев назад +3

    Purdy has issues with changing with what the players give him. If the receiver does not run the route he expected. He can't make the adjustment. Why teams that rely on timing routes can be broken up. Just one person messes up. Purdy is thrown off.
    Not to mention Purdy gives away his reads, before the ball is snapped. Chris Jones picked up on that as well. He first steps out to block Purdy from running right. Then got in his face to pressure him...

      @patek9789 4 месяца назад

      Yeah that’s been the Niners weakness for a while now they are so good at attacking zone coverage and doing timing routes but when teams play press coverage and put a safety up top they struggle. Just look at what the Browns did them early in the season

    SF had a trick play TD and 2 50yard plus FGs plus one clean TD drive and short FG. SF got owned. You guys act like it is so easy against the KC defense. KC defense shut down 3 AFC top offenses and then SF in the Super Bowl. Purdy had trouble with the blitz all game long. The SF offense looked confused at times. CMC was held under 100yds rushing and had a fumble. SF played great but just not great enough. SF defense played as well just not at the end when it mattered. Thanks for the film review

    From last year's Eagles game (facilitating Brock's injury) through training camp this year, the right side of the line was the biggest concern. Unfortunately, that continued to one of the last plays of the super bowl. Niners should hire Alex to coach up these guys... or new guys. Love the "push the rock back up the hill" comparison.

    Great breakdown - thank you. I love football, not as much as I used to love it, but I still love it. I have been watching it for a zillion years, but certainly not an aficionado of the game. I thought the missed PAT and the muffed punt caused the 49ers to lose this game, but y'all pointed out details that I never would have known. I thought the 49ers were going to win this game - what was I thinking? 🤣😂

  • @nemarec
    @nemarec 7 месяцев назад +3

    Great breakdown guys. It's a shame. In the big moments running the ball would not have hurt... a more experienced qb probaly could have change the Protection pre snap, so Kyle should have just run the ball behind the left tackle. In crunch time, it's ok to keep it simple, o-line vs d-line and grid it out. He gets too cute at time. Don't worry about showing off but Wenningstedt the game. How many Times we have seen Brandy and the patriots run the ball for two Yards in that situation.

    • @BlueBalledMedia
      @BlueBalledMedia 7 месяцев назад

      These guys broke it down really well,but they ignored to mention how well the Chiefs played the run.
      The 9ers played really well on the first drive, but after that, they blitzed the run. The Chiefs had people play the receivers man to man, and left everyone else in the box.
      Kyle tried to run but they got stuffed a lot.

    • @marioflowers6543
      @marioflowers6543 7 месяцев назад +3

      @@BlueBalledMediathe chiefs figured out that Purdy is nothing but a high level game manager. They played the run and play actions incredibly well and gave Purdy only two options: throw to the flats or take a sack. Purdy only throws to open receivers so when the blitz is in his face and the quick reads are boxed then he has no choice. The 49ers should’ve ran the ball way more to tire out the dline and backers.

    • @Zarab923
      @Zarab923 7 месяцев назад

      They made mistakes yeah but chiefs defense had their offense thrown off because they’re used to ripping defenses apart. The mistakes are only a problem because they couldn’t get it together. Chiefs made mistakes too but they overcame them. And niners defense got tired and sloppy at the same time Mahomes and Kelce got fired up and Reid started dialing up great stuff. Niners really need to have the harder training camp like the chiefs because it builds endurance and you learn how to do what you have to do even when you’re dead tired so that when you actually have to do it in a game you know that you can

Deebo did something to his hamstring and Kittle hurt his shoulder getting tackled and felciano got hurt which led to his backup being in the game. That team is a brittle bunch. Especially deebo and greenlaw getting just injuring themselves by like running. That’s crazy

      But they couldn’t sustain it. All the chiefs had to do was wait until they got tired and then Mahomes had them. He would’ve scored in regulation if they hadn’t been running out of time. What good is a great defense if they give up the game in the end? It’s hard to defend against an offense that never gives up and has reid, Mahomes, and Kelce. Especially when they’ve got a great defense that keeps them within striking distance. That’s a lethal combo. Some teams give up when they’re behind but chiefs are so used to it that they probably like it because then other teams get too confident and sometimes get complacent which Mahomes will exploit
