Allow the man to decide the lady’s R elbow position. The connection is much longer, from above the knee to the lower part of rib cage, for the stability and communication.
15:00 R turn, turn the upper center, then the lower body follows. L turn, turn the lower center then the upper body follows. Should be the same, turn the lower center/body first, then the body follows.
WDSF is a large organization who can afford proper wireless Mike's for their presenters/dancers to get rid of hollow audio and echos. I suggest they invest in proper wireless Mike's for their videos.

Keep in mind, their wonderful free service to provide lessons is greatly diminished if others have difficulty hearing what they are saying. - but the likes of you simply do not have the intelligence to understand that. The WDSF are lucky to NOT have people like you working for them.
