Thank you, Slawek, for giving us these useful tips on such important principles. We can take this time to concentrate and apply the clear images that you presented. The result can only be higher quality dancing!
I am a former ballerina who teaches ballet now and so much of the language you use in ballroom about placement/weight distribution/arms is the same even though the postures are very different. I'm going to steal the "cactus under the armpits" idea...brilliant and hilarious!😂😂😂 (I would love to learn ballroom dance)
My name is "Jinichiro Shikano". I am Japanese. I don't speak English, so I can't fully understand what you're saying. But, this video was very helpful. Thank you very much. I would like to tell a dancing buddy about your video. I think everyone will receive "Sumo wrestlers and ballerinas".
thanks Slawek Sochacki for the lecture ; A lecture on proper walking and posture could be a lecture for hours. Slawek Sochacki has intensely studied both and that is seen in this video. Few understand the very concept of either. I suggest the book, "Walking Code" by Dr. Todd Martin and Martin's RUclips channel.
