Sinigang is *_PERFECT_* for cold weather. The sour broth is tamarind base. Clears up the sinuses. I honestly am glad you love it! Then again I only know at least one non-filipino person who didn't like it. Making that one for the folks some time this week.
Sinigang is good for cold weather when served hot, but I think nilaga or bulalo is the best soup for cold weather. Sinigang is also good in summer because of the sour taste.

Every time I get a craving for ANY Asian cuisine (basically all I cook / eat), he gets that food. I think he even got mediterranean around the same time I wanted to eat that too. I love food and cooking and asmr, watch this channel probably daily now. Great stuff.

Lol 😂 it's really cute how you print out your directions from mapquest. I used to do that too before my smart phone. I used to use my odometer to measure the distance etc. Before google map app or mapquest we used literal maps as well. Kids today will never know the struggle 😂

Also to add, morheus this is so cute because normally we wouldn't eat all of these food together in the same plate on a normal day, but the way you had them all there is such a typical Filipino party set up when there's a birthday or a fiesta and everyone just wants to eat everything at the same time.

Bistek’s one of my favorite dishes. Usually the type of meat we use for the bistek is mostly pork, but sometimes we also use beef and bangus for that

The spring/egg roll looking things are called Lumpia. And usually have meat, potatoes, and other veggies. You dip them in sweet chili sauce.
