Errol Morris is one of the best documentarians in film, who's signature style is let the interviewee speak longer than they expect to.
The irony is that the interviewer would not let him (Morris) speak.

The interviewer needs to shut up and let Errol Morris talk.

It would be nice if the time allocated for the interviews could be reviewed; this would have been a great interview if the interviewee wasn't cut off every two seconds due to time constraints. How is it an interview if the interviewee wasn't allowed to talk? Not only was it disrespectful it was also annoying to watch. Also, the interviewer needs to learn how to ease his questions/responses into the interview properly, not just cutting the other person off like he so frequently does here.

To many breaks. Interviewer should learn to let the subject finish his answers.

This interviewer is too straight-laced and average to interview Errol Morris. It's much better to have a conversation than to ask pointed rubber-stamped questions like a journalist. I guess that's television for you.
