1. Many K-pop idols didn't sing that good in the beginning, but they came in because of their dance/rap skills 2. You are not too young. 14 years are actually a very good age to become a trainee at. There are people who are 10 and are trainees. 3. If you do an audition and come in, it's most likely that they pay for your tickets there. 4. I know that it's harder to become a k-pop idol/trainee when you aren't from asia, but JYP actually takes in many foreigners from Europe, North America, and others, so if you do an audition for them, you have a bigger chance to come in than Yg or Sm, for example. 5. That you can't talk korean is not a problem. Many foreign idols (like Lisa and Jackson) didn't know korean when they auditioned, but they learned korean when they were trainees. I hope this helped you (: Good luck!
It's okay you'll get korean lessons if that's your dream go for it💚, Got7's Mark for example didn't speak any korean before coming as a Trainee in 2010
Hi stay!!! Uhm don’t worry korean is super easy I promise! Take a few classes and then audition IN ENGLISH and JYP will teach you korean but at least get basics down before you become a trainee!!!
Lana gets SO MUCH hate because she isn’t an asian kpop idol. I believe that anyone can become a Kpop idol regardless of their ethnicity, but bear in mind that it will be very difficult.
it's not because she isn't asian. she basically has no talent. have you seen her live stages? they're horrible. it's fine to be non-asian, but if you seriously can't sing or dance, why are you here? she should've trained longer.
irene's hatred for men That is true, but if you look on twitter people are basically calling her a koreaboo. People are insulting her way more for not being asian and less for being untalented. Also, pretty sure her company only debuted her because she wasn’t Asian.
@@harunakirishima1192 lol, she was called a kboo because she got surgery to look korean, not because she's non asian. and if you looked at the live stage videos and the comments, they're all about her being untalented. please don't base everything on stan twt. also it doesn't matter if her company only debuted her because she's non asian lol, she's basically just untalented. like take alex from rania for example. she had stage presence and could rap decently. she didn't need surgery to fit the kpop role, nobody does.

Luv u JYP ur doing great stuff and will attract a more positive reputation for being so accepting about foreigners etc I think you will be liked and respected globally as alot of foreigners do love Kpop and think they have no chanc4 due to strict traditional Kpop rules but you're going great Keep it up I'd love to see a group with a black girl, a Thai girl, half Filipina, Spanish etc ♡ (along with Koreans too)

Why i think someday ill be able to be a trainee/idol as a foreigner in jyp 1- My English is pretty fluent as an south American. 2- My singing in korean is very fluent, My voice is not that good and I know a little of korean 3- Everyday I try to practice my dancing skills might as well singing, I'm doing good on dancing 4- I'm confident 5- Sometimes I do kpop dance covers and every time I do it most the moves match with the original dance 6- My Korean singing is able to understand well. (According to myself) I hope someday my dad lets me audition on korea.. I'm still happy my mom supports me :)
I'm watching this to boost my confidence because I was going to audition for Be Lift and I told my mom. She started to discourage me a lot and so did my dad, which really lowered my confidence. I cried in my room for 2 hours straight. But the next day I sighed and smiled, faced the mirror, and smiled again. "You're not giving up, right? You're going to show them that you are going to put effort into your dream, right!" I told myself and laughed. My mom and I treat each other differently now and I really wish things could go back to normal. I'm going to audition for jyp and I'm going to practice and try my very best, and give it all I've got! I hope anyone else who is a foreigner succeeds in future terms ❤❤❤❤
I’m Vietnamese raised in America and am sometimes mistaken for being Korean for no reason. I’m a 13 year old transgender male and I don’t really have the best singing, rapping, and dancing skills but I can easily improve. I’ve been holding onto my dream of becoming an idol for a long time. I really want to be in a band though because I love instruments but I don’t know how to play any. To be honest, I can just play random keys and all and it will be a beautiful melody. I am determined to get into JYP and achieve my dreams even while being negative!
my dream is to become a kpop idol, i'm italian, but i think i have enough talent,i am not scared by the criticisms of the haters, or to have to train at even excessive levels, you only live once and if this is what I want then I'll try, I'm still only 12 years old, but if I train from now, I save money for the ticket to go to Korea, and I manage to pass the auditions I would be the happiest person in the world, I have a good personality, a good look and feel good at both rap and dance and also at singing. I wish good luck to all those who like me have this dream and want to make it come true, do not give up at the first difficulty, keep trying and sooner or later you will do it, with commitment and perseverance you can achieve everything❤️

When I watched px101 I sincerely thought about joining an audition show or auditioning for JYP. I’m an Indian girl who wants to audition in JYP or any company for that fact. I’m able to sing, perform, and am pretty likable by everyone at my school. The only reason I haven’t auditions yet is b/c 1) I don’t wanna leave my home country 2) my friends don’t even want me to leave the school, much less country 3) my parents will murder me if I go to Korea to become an idol. I’m also scared b/c I’ve heard about scary things that happen to girl trainees in the entertainment business, like being harassed, overworked, having to have plastic surgery, and not ever debuting even after 10-15 years for training. Also, since I’m Indian, I don’t wanna be seen as a koreaboo. I feel like these are the only things holding me back from applying. I already have my audition song and dance ready, i just am too scared to go audition...

True and it's cause they say she's got "white privilege" and compare her with with other Asian trainees who seem more talented than her
it's not because she isn't asian. she basically has no talent. have you seen her live stages? they're horrible. it's fine to be non-asian, but if you seriously can't sing or dance, why are you here? she should've trained longer.
irene's hatred for men That is true, but if you look on twitter people are basically calling her a koreaboo. People are insulting her way more for not being asian and less for being untalented. Also, pretty sure her company only debuted her because she wasn’t Asian.
@@harunakirishima1192 lol, she was called a kboo because she got surgery to look korean, not because she's non asian. and if you looked at the live stage videos and the comments, they're all about her being untalented. please don't base everything on stan twt. also it doesn't matter if her company only debuted her because she's non asian lol, she's basically just untalented. like take alex from rania for example. she had stage presence and could rap decently. she didn't need surgery to fit the kpop role, nobody does.
irene's hatred for men Hm, alright then. She is very untalented, but I’m still going by my word that they only debuted her because she wasn’t Asian.
to all my friends who wanted to be a kpop idol i will want to say that don't care of what others think/say just believe in yourself and you will become the most unbeatable person and the whole world will follow you iland it doesn't matter to be a black/brown just believe in yourself.

6- My Korean singing is able to understand well. (According to myself)

I’m actually gonna go to trainee’s school for JYP hopefully! I’m not Korean but I’m still very excited!
my dream is to become a kpop idol, i'm italian, but i think i have enough talent,i am not scared by the criticisms of the haters, or to have to train at even excessive levels, you only live once and if this is what I want then I'll try, I'm still only 12 years old, but if I train from now, I save money for the ticket to go to Korea, and I manage to pass the auditions I would be the happiest person in the world, I have a good personality, a good look and feel good at both rap and dance and also at singing.
I wish good luck to all those who like me have this dream and want to make it come true, do not give up at the first difficulty, keep trying and sooner or later you will do it, with commitment and perseverance you can achieve everything❤️
