I live in Ottawa rhey are not causing any problems. The honking i see being a bit of an issue but the rest no issues. Ottawa is a govt town. Downtown is a ghost town after 6 on a regular day. 90% of govt workers probably at home. No violence no burning and robbing. Protest is peaceful.
