I haven't set my camera up yet but I suggest connecting it to your phone first that way before you Stick it to your windshield you can make sure you have the angle in a good position
I don’t like that you can’t take it down after every trip. Thieves will smash your window just to steal it. Mine did not come with the SD card and I am supposed to buy it separately. I am sending it back, I don’t like this dash cam at all.
@@stretchnuts4661 your response is exactly what most people would do. I doubt @adamben-shimon7513 will do that, because Velcro costs money, and they have already indicated that they are too cheap to buy an SD card, even though every ad I have seen for this camera clearly states there is NO SD card with it. TBH, I've had dash cameras for 10 years and most don't come with cards because people want to choose what brand and size card they are going to put into a camera.
Trying to figure out how to factory reset it as for some reason the WiFi password that i setup no longer works so i can't connect to the camera anymore
мне подарили в комплекте нет флэшка😢 я тому человеку не смогла говорить потому что очень долго лежал в коробке через 7 месяцев решил установить, мне кажется это просто уходит в мусор😢
The installation isn't as easy as this video shows. In some cars the wires are very hard to hide. I ended up selling mine. It was too tough to install.
@@Batman-jc5uc bro you just hide the wires in the trim work. My family has 4 cars with dash cams and I installed them all. It’s really not that hard and wired is better than wireless in my opinion
For the most part this camera is useless. You have to always open the app for it to start recording. It’s dumb and is a huge flaw. I thought it was recording the whole time I was driving but went to look at my footage and it was empty until I opened the app then it started to record. Don’t waste your time on this.
@markjones7903 On the box the unit appears to be wireless. I didn't know it had to be plugged in constantly and you basically have to be an electrician to install it. That's why I got rid of it.
@@Batman-jc5uc wireless is for data viewing/transfer. The camera itself needs power to operate. When the cord is plugged into a switched/keyed power outlet in the vehicle, it uses that power on/off to enable/disable the camera. If the port is powered 100% of the time, the camera will be powered 100% of the time. Having owned dash cameras for over 10 years, I can tell you that MOST require a cord to operate or charge up. FEW new ones have a battery in them anymore because the batteries have to be relatively small, which means they don't have a very large AH rating, which means they can't run the camera for long. The other issue is that the batteries are usually lithium based and extreme heat/cold destroys them and they puff up/swell, and fail. Manufactures attempted to use super capacitors, for a short period, as a power substitute to allow a camera to shutdown and save the last segment, if power was lost. This was a wonderful idea, but few were successful or reliable.

I can screw up beyond repair changing my head light bulb.. Thanks big time for this video. You saved me hours..
the angle is adjustable!!
Mine works good, was easy to format, and i'm a senior with limiting tech ability!! Took like 10 minutes to install minus the wire routing
Update…..Ok I found how to access ur file go in the app and tap camera files and it pulls right up no problem great product
I had a defective camera. Exchanged it and it works perfect now
just spent 50$ on this thing then they want to say you need an SD card but not even give me one in the package😂😂 what a joke
thats all dashcams
Thanks for the video currently interested in buying
i need to buy a cellphone for my camera to work???

I put mine up for sale on Facebook.
It is removable….
You can twist it out of the bracket. And you can always get 3m Velcro. That's what I'm doing

thieves would smash a window for something that is $40 usd new?
Can i also install one in the rear? And I'll be able to see both camera angles in the app?
What if i want to use it as a surveillance camera and be far from car location’s would i still be able to see camera
no. you have to be in range of the camera's internal wifi signal to see the live video.
why does it not let me format my SD card?
I had same problem. Finally, by accident I pushed the on/off utton on the camera , and the voice said "format was successful.
Trying to figure out how to factory reset it as for some reason the WiFi password that i setup no longer works so i can't connect to the camera anymore
Can you turn off the camera from the app?
Question 🙋♂️
Is it possible to have different iPhones connected to a single dash cam?
Shut up
What if you can’t hide cable
I wouldn't worry about it, I'm more worried about having a cam for car incase of any wrecks
what responses did u possibly think u would get
Then you're SOL
What if I need data to check maps or something. ? The camera won’t work without the wife that’s set up for it.
I do everything, for setting but my album is empty, and sometimes can't connect because is not WiFi,,
This is to complicated, I lost money and time
My Q3 is not acknowleging that I have inserted my SD Card. It keeps repeating insert SD card :(
That was happening too be and the sad card was malfunction so I returned it and got a new one works now
Mine didn't come with a electrostatic film and I mounted it with out it ,
How do I remove it from the windshield ????
Use some heat. Like a heat gun or hair dryer. It’ll loosen the glue
The sticker and device keeps falling off
Can you play music though it even tho it recording something
yessir just installed mine and i still play spotify
@@hemothyokay thank you because, sometimes when you are on Spotify and you go on the camera it stops the music

😂imagine not being able to wire a dashcam
@Paul-21 The box made is appear wireless but it wasn't. Very hard to install and who wants all those wires running through the car anyway

@@Paul-21 It doesn't work in a Honda
I’m about to install in a Honda, I’ll let you know how it goes, should be straight forward
It stops recording after turn the caroff
You can buy a hardwired kit for it so it will run while car is off

No you dont, it starts recording automatically when car starts, you only need to connect the phone when you want view the footage
If that were the case, there would be no need for an SDcard
I emailed them and got a replacement and this new one works as it should. The first one I got was defective.
I have the same issues, my recording stops after I leave the app
I bought this expecting it to hold charge.. not to have to be plugged in. Returning this shit
It has to be plugged all the time?
Yes and if you have a rear camera you basically have to run wires throughout your car. Very difficult to install. Not worth the trouble. I sold mine.
Charge? You do realize it plugs into the DC outlet of you car.. 😮

Why not? I just bought it. I haven't used it yet. Just curious. What issues are you having?
Did you find any issues with it?
Got it plugged in only get video on my phone ready to send it back
Do I need that sticker on it first? Or can I just stick it onto the glass?
Can you change the time on the display from 24 hour clock to a 12 hour clock?
just learn it bruh
so you are on this tutorial to be a dick?.. cool..@@altayayay
