I have 4 kunwu so far and this on the way in the reverse tux color scheme! My favorite is the padre! I absolutely adore this company! They doing everything more or the right way at the right price!

LOVE KUNWU!!! I have the titanium Pulsar in Elmax. Whoever did the ht was great! I'm a hobby sharpener and promise it wants to get sharp. It's as smooth as any " high end" knifes I have. Can't speak for all. But mine just makes me smile. Don't want to put it down.

Did you check the Django box thoroughly for more springs? My pulsar came with 3 sets of springs. It’s kinda hard to tell the difference visually but they certainly feel different. Most reviewers I seen prefer the stiffer springs but I like the quick action with the lighter springs.

I just got in mine with the polished dlc and it’s great. I do wish there was a little bit of jimping on the top on the titanium frame right behind the blades spine jimping, kinda like how og goat does on their scales,but that’s basically just me dreaming a perfect knife for me. It really is a basically perfect knife. I’d say if you’re on the fence, it’s absolutely worth it.

Not a huge clip point fan but that one looks very nice.
I only have 2 Kunwu's, my first one was the Padre and I absolutely love it and just recently got the Django as well and I love that one too, I hope eventually they make an XL Django like they did with the Pulsar, the XL Pulsar will be my next one. Btw does anybody know what Skiff bearings will fit in the Django because they don't have it on their compatibility list?

Flippers don't really work with crossbar locks bc there's no real detent. Thats why you never see them together.
Padres are discontinued now and hard to find. There are possibly more padre models in the works though.
I sooo wish the Django was one of the models that came in Vanax. Am dying for another knife in Vanax also sux that Shiro dropped using it on production models.
Padre is my favorite purchase of 2023 for materials and price

I love my Kunwus! The only crossbar knives I own are the Pulsar and X-TAO. The Padre is incredible and might be the first knife I buy two of. For the materials they use, Kunwu's pricing is better than most. Thanks for the review.
Makes me think of a bullet. Idk why. Just screams made to kill, to me. 😅 The scales even look lethal. The django red g-mascus is fire. Id definitely have to go with that one.

Padre is the one for me.
Just change the springs in the Django and it will make it exactly what you want.

Show me any kunwu in elmax, vanax or m390 that has poked higher than 60rc. I haven't seen any.
Luvthemknives poked the Elmax for 60.3 and Vanax for ~60.1. Both are completely cromulent numbers for the respective steels. They do claim up to 62 tho, which seems like bull. I'd be interested to see one of their coated blades tested to see if they actually reach the claimed minimum of 60.

Get Wolf Springs. They come standard in Hogue Knives and they are way stronger than most. You can get them online easy and cheap.
Beware of the wait time. I'm 4 weeks and still waiting for my Padre.
Yeah the wait is rough… but there are a few sites now offering kunwu knives and are a lot quicker but I think maybe a dollar or two more…

Only if you order from the site, DLT ships them from WI, my first and 2nd Kunwu took 3 months, my 3rd and 4th one took 2-3 days!!! 😅

@@Bigtexbbq well if your careful with it and it’s made very well with the ideal materials (padre is) then you know to take care of your stuff and it won’t go missing… it’s kind of like would you just leave your phone somewhere or your wallet with no recollection of where it is? You will always have an idea of where it would be… kind of the same with a good pocket knife! Yeah I have lost tons of cheap knives and box cutters because that’s what they are cheap. Treat a good knife with respect and it will become another phone wallet keys item

I have 2 Kunwus and would say they're closest to WE and high end Kizers in quality

Yet again Kunwu is absolutely smashing it ! In both quality and value for money other companies are finding hard to match. I can say for sure this company is way overlooked, but once you all experience one or two of their products you will be sold for life.
