Here's how I'd pull off a programmatic heist to build a huge portfolio worth more than the average SEO's ego.
Just happened to come across this video of yours. Your idea is similar to what I’ve been thinking after watching a few Jake related videos as I’m preparing to start a new niche site. I will probably also reoptimise the well performing pages from time to time.
Thats a great plan. You can think of programmatic as a fishing net. Cast it wide and see what sticks.

Ward's traffic already fell off the cliff, as of a couple days ago or so. I think G will just slap sites that do this and who make it too obvious. I think he knew it was going to go that way. If G did slap him directly, which is what it looks like, it might be hard to get it back any time soon. Excellent idea on 'being the master' source. I had a plugin that pulled the top 10 into your site so you could pick and choose and rewrite, but it broke and I don't think the owner is maintaining it.
Edit: new sub. This is a killer setup, and I need to know how to do this. I'm way behind and have had way too many setbacks to piss around any longer and pretend to start from scratch. Gonna dig into your vids.
Really appreciate your comment. Would agree that a more tactful approach is needed - or using the same principles but less focused on trying to game Google for cheap wins.

The problem that many seem to miss is that AI content is trash. So basically, not providing any value rather focus on quick buck mentality. Dumping content for the sake of it.
I'll throw a curveball and say that even though this is about the 'seo heist', I don't actually care about ever ranking!
Agreed, a lot of AI content is sh-tier, but there are three things to remember.
1. Organic traffic is just one small part of the huge business machine, and we can build an entire business around automation.
2. A lot of human content is also awful. This suddenly makes no effort content a lot better at scale.
3. We don't need a fully automated solution. Even automating 50 to 80% of a business frees you up to make more wins.
@@dougsilkstone Another thing I would add is that you can go back to the high traffic content and clean it up for conversions later, this method is a great way to find out where the traffic is in the first place
Is it trash tho? It can write as good as you can prompt, if you know how to use prompt engineering and you know how to instruct your AI to write good content it won't write 'trash', of course if you won't supervise the work it makes, and you won't adjust it, it won't really rank high or get traffic, and probably in the long run you will get panelized by google
How new to SEO are you? You really think spintax templates articles are better than AI? Try to make Word AI try to inflect tone or different emotional levels of talking about a subject matter.

They're great examples of target sites that you could leverage this technique on.
Hey Dougie you mentioned Paid Channel Automation is really important but there aren't enough people doing it. I replayed that part a few times and still don't get what you meant by paid channel automation. In just one sentence, what did you mean? Building content that can directly generate affiliate income?
Instead of automating content for Google and SEO, you can also automate building fb/google ads so when new content hits your site, you instantly buy traffic for it, too.

Hm, I didn't get where those initial spikes come from? Paid ads? What does it have to do with SEO though?
Try to think of this as a tactic that works best across all channels, and not just an SEO play.
It's about creating an automatic machine that grows along with the amount of content you put in.
If we automate the g.ads or fb ads side of things to create new campaigns whenever a new page goes up, we can increase our impressions in a big way.

Damn sure hope you do more! 😀 I'm part of a merry bunch of dev and marketer underdogs who are keen to see if we can break something in the monopolistic hierarchies of brand power in the process of building a content automation machine or 20. We started a journey using n8n integrations but it looks like Bubble could provide quite a solid foundation with all its plugins. I love how you've taken this beyond ranking for Google's shifting unreliable taste and into the realm of a throbbing heart pumping to the demand of media channels. It would be great to get more of your thoughts in another video about this strategy. Keep up the great work!
