People are cold blooded. I had a friend who was going through a divorce her husband had left her for a younger woman. During the divorce he became ill and was hospitalized. Of course the younger woman didn’t know what to do so he called upon my friend. I had told her she should stay out of it but she was secretly hoping that if she helped him through this time he would finally see her worth. Mind you they were married for over 30 years. She nursed him back to health overseen his hospitalization and she thought they were getting back to together he went back to the young woman. She confronted him and he said something that I have always remembered. He said the person you need when you are dying may not be the same person you want around when you want to live. He was a cold cold piece. It just shows you how people think.
Black guy here. My Dad and Mom have 5 kids, been married for over 33 years. She held it down while he got his money up. Now she's bedridden with Multiple Sclerosis living on welfare while he's taking care of another family and their kids/grandkids. Her kids are grown now and have to bathe her, feed her, do everything for her while he buys them a new house, new car for their kids etc. No matter how much you love some men, give him a legacy of 5 kids, if he doesn't love you back, he will not find the energy to reciprocate. However, he will find the energy to take care of another woman and her 4 kids. Some men are just vultures, will suck you dry of your energy/ dreams and dispose of you when you are no longer of any use to them. Please do not feel any sympathy for them. They will resent you for fixing them. All that energy just to fix him up for another woman. Be warned.

I experienced this 11 years ago I wasn't willing to let go though he told me his moving on with someone else....when I finally let got it was like ripping a bandage from and open wound and healing that would took 5 years I knew I finally healed when he offered to see me after 7 years of not seeing me and I kindly rejected the offer and he was so mad and I just didn't feel bad about it like I would have 7 years before that offer
