Lilysilk, Senreve, and Ana Lusia are the three brands I will never buy from because they are so over saturated on RUclips. As a viewer I completely understand why RUclipsrs do collaborations. It’s a way to make some money. I think it does come down to each RUclipsr being selective. No one can tell me that someone who regularly purchases ready-to-wear from Chanel, Dior, Hermes, etc., is going to wear a lilysilk blouse on the regular. The same way that RUclipsrs who have huge handbag collections full of Birkins, Kelly’s, classic flaps, and bags from Dior and LV, would purchase and use a Senreve bag. Collabs are fine. But they need to make sense.
Omg. The thought of you showing up on your channel wearing a silk "Pride and Prejudice"/Colin Firth type blouse cracks me up. I am dead. I think you need to reconsider this offer for purely comedic reasons. 😝 💀
So nice to hear your honesty. You get fed up of seeing the same brands being promoted by you tubers, especially when they wouldn’t buy from them. Love you channel x
Please wear a Blouse for your next video or tik tok! Would be such a great laugh! From your description I'm picturing some sort of pirates of the carribean meets ballet dancer vibe 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Your transparency is so refreshing and unusual and welcoming on this platform. Yes ….some people are laughable how they are willing to promote “anything” Love your authenticity 💖🙌🏼🌸Oh and PMSL thinking of you in a silk blouse 👚 🤣🤣🤣🤣💖
OMG! Finally someone else who can’t stand silk pillows too!!! 😆 Yeah…I don’t see you wearing the silk blouse, boxers & lying on a silk pillow like some infomercial 😂 Agree, LOVE Cassie!!! ❤️ xoxo
This might be the only video I am not disliking/stop watching/fast forwarding as soon as I hear the word LILYSILK ! That brand pollutes so many (otherwise good) videos and I am a big silk lover but I am fed up of hearing everyone and more talking about LILYSILK or ANA LUISA...
Your reaction to the word "Blouse" and the idea of silk boxers was hilarious. Good for you for staying honest and transparent about collabs. I'm honestly so happy not to see another Lilysilk collaboration!
Thank you for this.. I find it hard to believe that some of these youtubers who wear primarily Chanel and designer clothes actually carry the non-designer bags or wear things they "peddle" 🙄
Thank you for this Connor I love your honesty. When a video contains a paid promotion I get impatient because I don't want to waste my time listening to someone sing the praises of a product just because they are getting paid for it, that's what I assume. To be fair though I only feel this way about content creators who do these promotions on a regular basis, some of them it's almost every video. Good for you for holding on to your integrity, it will pay off in the end. So sorry about your instagram, another pack of shunts, they are everywhere.
Hi Connor- thanks for the video. I often see influencers plugging products that seem totally different from their style and assumed this was the reason. I usually just fast forward the plug. Also being gifted something is a form of payment. Thank you for staying true to yourself.
Thanks Beth, and yes you’re totally correct. As per RUclips guidelines, anytime you’ve received payment of goods in gifted in lieu of payment, you’re supposed to tick the “includes sponsored content” box!
Oooh thank you for that insider info Connor! LOL boxers!! I remember those. I think my husband stopped wearing them as you said, maybe 20 years ago. I never even see them in stores anymore? Here we call what you described "boxer briefs", which is a fitted style that goes down the thigh a bit. Seems like the old fashioned looser boxers would inevitably bunch up and wrinkle and look and feel terrible. No thank you indeed. Also silk blouses are for Pirates of the Caribbean actors at Disneyland.
Transparency is so important. Your honesty and candidness is refreshing. Aiming to remain authentic to your audience and most importantly to yourself is a worthy goal,
LOL...when you mentioned the silk blouse, my mind immediately went to the Seinfeld puffy shirt episode. Yeah...no! I think your audience appreciates you keeping it real.
Your laughter HAHAHAHA👏🏼 So contagious! I just went online to see it and started cracking up again LOL 😆 I don’t expect anything less of how you handled this 🙏🏼 You’re a stand up person I respect on YT like Dayle. Saying Thank You to your subbies isn’t just saying it! You’re actions have to match it as well. This video was a Thank you gift 🎁 so they don’t go out spend their money on some 🪰💩🪰 other RUclipsrs may of influenced them on for a old mighty dolla! I knew I wasn’t wrong about you! Haha 😍xoxo💕I received & love Cassie’s sheets btw just like I knew I would 😉
🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️ So glad I’m not the only one!! Although you’re really good because you actually respond, I never do… unless I’m interested, and that’s usually NEVER 🤣💀 - I had a hair dryer company reach out recently and I responded because I was curious, but had asked them if I would genuinely see a difference in my hair…. I got no response, and now I’ve seen other RUclipsrs talk about how amazing this hairdryer is 😱😭
What a refreshing and honest video 👏🏼 I also don't get these RUclipsrs who wouldn't be caught dead wearing/ using these brands but still promote them because they get paid. Are they not harming their own reputation and credibility just for some money? I'm always taken aback when certain RUclipsrs talk 5 minutes about Idyll or Ana Luisa but then unbox their Van Cleef and Cartier pieces. Yes, I'm very well aware that people wear fine jewellery AND custom jewellery but these RUclipsrs I'm referring to would never wear Ana Luisa otherwise (they would opt for CHANEL custom jewellery instead). Also I work in the luxury field as well and I don't know if it's just me but I have never ever heard or seen brands like Ana Luisa, Lilysilk, Idyll, Samorga, Senreve etc. outside the realm of RUclips. 🤷🏻♂️
Haha I love that you don't hedge your bets. The tell-it-like-it-is Connor we respect! 👏👏 My husband hates the feel of silk pillowcases too. I love them so much that I travel with one, but he says it feels terrible against his short facial hair. Even me being a big nobody, from day 1 on youtube I was getting sent offers for promoting garbage jewelry and clothes. I couldn't believe how quickly emails came in from brands 😂
Woah! Thank you for this. Now it makes sense why everyone pushes the pillow case and blouses. It’s always the same ish. Omg the boxer’s lmao. When you said it, I pictured a cheesy Valentine’s Day scene or a porno lmao.
Men’s boxers and shirts! 😂😂😂😂. I’ve turned down a few silk companies who wanted me to talk about silk pillow cases and eye cover - I don’t believe in benefits of those products and have made a video why I don’t like them. So, I’ve said no. In fact, I don’t do majority of collaborative videos. I also love Minks4all because she doesn’t do a lot of collaborative videos and the ones she does promote, she also spent her own money and bought products. 7rp is another influencer promoted company that’s expensive, and majority of videos seem to be from RUclipsrs who get these items for free and haven’t spent their own money. Great points again Connor! 👍
Look at all these comments! Such a great video and a window into the YT world. So sorry about your Instagram account… that’s just not right! Will find you there and follow! Be well. ♥️♥️🙋🏼♀️
@@THECLOSETbyConnor Connor - I came across your video, while googling to learn more about LilySilk influencer collabs (they've messaged me at LEAST 20x.). Did I understand correctly, that they expected you to endorse the items REGARDLESS of how you felt about the quality once received? And yeah - I agree with you. It'd be a much smarter biz decision to allow you to choose items that appeal to you in the first place. Just sayin'. Good video!
Thank you! Lilysilk has been going hard for influencers lately and it had started to seem suspect to me. I’m not against the company and they do have some items that look nice, but they need to calm down!
Blouse! 🤣 These sponsorships/collabs/ads have to fit or it's just jarring & off-putting, I'm really choosy who I work with, but the amount of crap I get offered is unreal! I would've liked to watch a male perspective, but WOW at Lilysilk "that's not how this works"! 😲 If I recall correctly, Dale switched out the shirt they wanted to send her for something she'd actually wear. 💕
You’re right, incredibly Jarring! Since posting this video, they’ve backtracked and said “oh we didn’t mean what we said you could have always picked what you wanted” 🤗
Well said Connor. I cannot understand how some of these influencers get away with this stuff. I mean, they are SOOOoooo picky about what they will buy for themselves personally in terms of designer clothing, fretting over the tiniest details, and then they shove this ill fitting, out of date styles on us from a generic brand and tell us it looks great? I think it reflects the fact that a lot of followers are just doing that, following. With a suspension of critical thought. Good for you that you are not prepared to prance around in some white boxer shorts and tell us it's the latest thing. You might have fewer followers than some others, but it's probably true that we're more discerning. PS there are some interesting analyses going about AI and how decisions are being made outside of any human intervention. It's new territory here because the platform basically owns your content and this is truly having the cake and eating it to and a new level of capitalism. On one level it's kind of scary in terms of exploitation and the future potential. But then again I do tend to think too much.
Hola from Tx. I always appreciate your honesty and LOVE hearing your laugh. Speaking of mens briefs I got my husband to wear 2UNDR, and he is hooked!! I mentioned them to a friend who loves to golf and now he’s obsessed with them. 😄
I always fast forward sponsorship parts of videos, they are too boring. I also get triggered by Samorga promotions because they charge exorbitant shipping and I think if RUclipsrs know this why do they promote it??? They must get their stuff shipped for free and are completely unaware. Love your video Connor 💕
Yessssss! I know I’m worried that as luxury brands start working with bloggers I will lose interest in those things too. It’s harder and harder to find exclusive things. But yes, those advertising brands are not for me as a customer because of the way they advertise.
I was talking to Dayle about this just last week. Moving to this side of RUclips is a minefield! The collabs come in and ask for a media kit (WTF is that!!) and it’s intimidating to work out what’s what and who’s who. I’ve agreed to one, and that makes me anxious!!!
Maybe you totally don’t need the aggravation? I enjoy your videos but honestly, I fast forward through the selling crap and it makes me lose interest in a channel.
@@miradonfbd I get that prospective, but like I mention in this video, it allows us content creators to be paid to keep creating the videos you do like 💙
I do quite a few business collabs. I have turned down a whole lot! Lily Silk has never reached out to me. But, like you, I could not see myself wearing a silk blouse. I would love a silk pillowcase 🤣. Some of the companies I’ve been approached by are CRAZY! I can be bought but not by just every Tom, Richard and Hairy! 🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The laugh is hysterical. I had to pause, because I just literally had convulsions my laughing self. I don’t mind Lilly Silk if I can see the RUclipsr wearing it (eg Amelia) but when it’s off brand, it’s glaring. Btw Sophie Shohet lost her account too (via a hack). Wish IG made it easier for influencers because she had same thing of people thinking she blocked people
Loved the video and couldn't wait to hear this... I knew you'd spill the tea! You are so right... I'd die if you showed up trying to sell me a silk bouse hahahhahhha too too funny! Thanks for keeping it real!
I watched a RUclipsr promote this brand. It was very funny because it was so obvious she would never ever buy the blouse. All she could say with honesty is that her mother in law would love her to wear those blouses all the time. To be honest she looked so uncomfortable in the blouse. It was a funny video even though it was meant to be serious. I find the videos funny. Especially when the RUclipsr is terrible at faking product joy. Great video Connor. Thanks for being honest and funny at the same time in your videos.
I just love your honesty Connor. You say it how it is and it is so refreshing to know that you are someone that has such high morals and can't be bought out for a blouse. Have to laugh at that comment. HAHA. I always knew anyway from when I started watching you that you had great integrity and would only promote/ take payment as such for items you truly believe in and would use. I commend you highly for this as there are so many influencers out there who obviously would spruke anything to make a quick buck which is sad to know that they lower themselves to this sort of activity .Some of them I feel just have no self esteem. That is why there are some that I have stopped watching as their channels are like one big infomercial . I am very proud of you for you high morals and true honesty. I feel like a proud mamma bear :) Just love Cassie Thorpe. She is so funny, honest and has such wonderful high morals also and says it how its is. It is so wonderful to have such lovely people as you to watch. Of course I have to include the lovely Dayle in this as she has great integrity and is so refreshing and funny also. You 3 always bring a smile to my face and I admire you all greatly. Much love. Jenni from Adelaide. XX
Thanks for the transparency and good laugh. I pulled up the blouse online. I wish someone would have an honest review of their menswear, some of the matte pieces and knitwear could be nice.
Am I the only one who can see you sitting with your blouse and boxers on in Louis Vuitton sipping Champagne 🍾 🤔😂. Great honest and genuine video Connor , some RUclipsrs would try and sell sand to the Arabs as long as they are lining their pockets , love how you always keep it real 😘
I’ve got a grey area…a lot of retailers run competitions on Instagram. The winnings are generally merch from their brand, which you are likely to wear in your OOTD. When you wear it and feature it, you’re not legally required to state it’s an “Ad” as you aren’t being paid to wear the items, they haven’t been formally gifted or are part of a formal content collaboration.
I actually won a Lily silk giveaway from Mother’s Day (which I said in my video) but looking back on it, I would have returned the items if they weren’t free because they were too big. Still great items but I wouldn’t pay $120 for a shirt that swallows me. Even though that wasn’t sponsored and I certainly didn’t have to do a video I think it probably colored my perception in the moment because it was given to me and my mom. Hadn’t thought about it until reading all these comments.
@@accountingforluxury I won a voucher from a brand i like and have purchased from previously. My insta is very in line with the aesthetic and mission of the brand, which makes me think I was selected to win as would likely provide good undeclared advertising.
I believe certain brands when they do giveaways, purposely select a winner who has a big following / aesthetic that would attract people to their brand, which is a smart thing to do right, because they’re a business! I personally don’t think a winner of a giveaway has to disclose it as an ad as they entered a competition and won a prize, regardless if the win was ‘loaded’ or not. I get your point though of it being grey as they may be disguising the winner as someone they’ve already picked in order to capitalize. Good comment though x
Love your transparency Connor! Thank you ❤ 3 years ago I bought their navy pyjamas and I thought it was good until years later the quality just not as good and it was piling 😔😮💨 spent almost $500AUD for only that pyjamas. I was thinking to buy the real silk shirt that really 100%good real material that long lasting, can you please refer any good real 100% silk shirt ? Thank you again
I honestly thought the You Tubers picked the products themselves! Good for you Connor and thanks for the inside scoop! Although I would have loved to see your review of the silk boxers!! 😝😝 You’ve reminded me that I actually bought some LilySilk items a while back and have been thinking of doing a non-sponsored review as I have a few things to say about them lol. Also with sponsorships, I recently stopped watching a RUclipsr because she went on holiday and did a travel vlog - she never mentioned anything in the video, but put it at the end of a very long description box that although the holiday company had not sponsored her they had paid for her accommodation and flights. So in my mind isn’t that a form of sponsorship? 🤔 She was definitely promoting them in the Vlog but in a way that made it look like it was a non-affiliated review and she had paid her own money for the holiday. Very disingenuous IMHO 🤨
PS: The funniest collab video was actually on Meredith's channel about some bag brand. Basically she was like: "Well, yeah, here's the bag... yes... I feel uncomfortable doing this... it is a nice bag... I wouldn't buy it... here's the bag again... nice quality... collabs are not for me... if you like it buy it... I wouldn't... it's nice though... that's it - I'm done... I'm uncomfortable with it" 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
I’m all for paid collabs if it is disclosed. I’m sick of the fake recommendations from influencers who have clearly been paid to talk about a product. Super sick of Analuisa and senreve 😂😂. I would love to get your views on influencers buying fake followers 😉😉 some are just too obvious!
I get really disappointed when I see a youtuber i like has a lillysilk sponsor. When we alll know they will not purchase them themselves. Plus youtubers aren’t exactly good actors.. it all looks so scrpited. Its so annoying
I actually do buy Lily silk but am too small to ever be considered for a sponsorship, but dear lord if they force you to promote their picks like no thank you 😂
I have to disagree with this one, I have been gifted likysilk and accepted their collab, and I have bought clothes from them myself, you'll see me wearing likysilk quite a lot in videos and ig, a mix of what I was previously gifted and what I bought myself 💕
@@ameliarosescloset hi good for you for actually using their products. But this is a VIEWERS point of view. This is how I personally and majority of people (i know) feel… Once a youtuber says “Hi this is sponsored by lilysilk…” people i know of feel aaaargh, one more youtuber i lost interest in. Its not a decision i make when i see a youtuber with these sponsorships, its more of an unconscious thing. Id like to give an example, i used to watch melinmelbourne every single video… and suddenly my friends and i were talking about how its been a year or more I haven’t had interest on her… we all thought, back then she was someone we can relate to, and take into consideration her thoughts… just how you’d talk to a friend. Now these youtubers feels like someone whose in “The Trueman Show”. If we want to watch people who feels like only using sponsorship for money, theirs television for that….We hop in youtube for genuine content and reviews of people like us. Well, i have to admit LVLOVERCC is different, i watch her and love her even with this sponsorship, only because she shows her daily lifestyle and literally open up her home, travels and routine and not ever put something on our face that doesn’t suit her. She genuinely loves clothes accessories and she is someone i really love watching and has gained my trust.
@@Just_saying- I completely get it, I'm a viewer as well and I have watched people promoting things, likysilk included, and I've thought ' they are never going to wear that' or something along those lines.
After being exposed to LillySilk for over two years of watching RUclips and everyone and their mum and their dog raving about them, I finally caved in and ordered a dress back in December and oh boy … was this the worst dress ever! Where do I begin - the fit was non-existing, the colour was off and the quality - let’s say (without promoting them) you will be better off buying silk from Shein. And the cherry on top- they didn’t have free UK returns and I had to pay £7.99 to return this atrocity. Now, I have a theory - the RUclipsrs promoting them are either straight out lying about how great the items are or LillySilk sent them completely different quality products than the ones they sell to customers ( I then read reviews of real customers and they confirmed the awful quality so not just me). Guess now whether I will buy anything massively pushed by RUclipsrs/influencers??? Don’t get me wrong - I want to be supportive of transparent sponsorships but I feel like even when they are disclosed, they are still 99% shit businesses/items. Anyway, sorry about the rant and thank you for being that 1%! Love, new subscriber from the UK 🇬🇧
Wow what a story!!! That’s crazy, and no free returns ain’t ok 🥵🥵 Yeah it’s disappointing if they know the products are terrible but still flog them, but some swear by their products off camera! Go figure right?!
@@THECLOSETbyConnor I know right? I truthfully doubt they actually wear/use them products off camera. Thankfully we still have some honest people on the internet to promote good things (you ☺️).
I think that Lillysilk was rude. And regarding Cassie, she’s always the first video I look for. She has great style. But I wouldn’t pick for myself what she picks for herself for the most part ( except for ONE bag she has that I drool over!). It’s nice to become aware of brands you haven’t seen before, bit honestly, I fast forward through most of that stuff!
I can completely understand why you didn't accept this collab, I wouldn't either if I was told what I was promoting and not given any option and it wasn't something I would wear. Funny though, I have accepted very few collabs, I think maybe 3/4 companies, out of ALOT of approaches, and likysilk is one of them. They never tried to tell me what I was picking, I actually think what I chose was quite different to what most people show, but they didn't raise any objection to that. I genuinely like their clothes, and wear them a lot, I still wear the clothes they gifted me nearly 18 months ago and I think they have been great value. Since being sponsored by them, I have also bought some of their clothes, I think their oversized navy stripe shirt is one of my most worn pieces of clothing at the minute! So I don't think everyone who works with them is simply flogging their clothes, I think different companies just work for different people 💕
That’s a very fair point to make and I’m glad you got to pick the items you actually wanted, as that would have made a big difference. By flogging their stuff, that’s based on the assumption that the influencer didn’t have the choice to pick what they wanted and ‘cashed out’ for the video. Maybe I’m the exception to how they normally do business because I have a much smaller channel or maybe you’re the exception to picking stuff for whatever reason too. Good to know though about the longevity of their products though too x
@@THECLOSETbyConnor I wouldn't have accepted either if they picked the stuff, I think you might be the exception because you are male and they wanted you to show very specific items? It's not great though, you absolutely made the right decision 💕
Idyl is another one that’s beginning to become over saturated! As a consent creator, it’s important to get paid of course but it’s frustrating because it all seems fake. There needs to be a better way.
I love when luxury RUclipsrs have a collab with a brand and you never see it again and can tell it’s not their style. Walmart and Senreve are big ones. Like ok you love this bag yet I haven’t seen it since your video and it’s not even in your closet tour? On my personal Instagram account I’ve had brands contact me for collars with my son because he’s cute (I’m biased of course). I take the time to look at all of them before responding and most of them have clothes that just aren’t what he wears. I’m not putting my son in something he won’t find comfortable just to make money off of it. 😂
Thanks for staying true to yourself! I am so sick of lily silk promos. That and urban revivo. That is when I know a RUclipsr has sold out. I took a look at the mens line and you are right - it’s busted! Your videos and shorts are so hilarious because they are all based on truth. Keep it that way!! ❤️❤️❤️
Seems so crazy not to want you to speak about items you’d actually wear! Feels like they’re shooting themselves in the foot - bc if they’d sent the things you wanted, and you loved them, you would’ve offered them some really genuine advertising for them! Love that you don’t make compromises over your authenticity.
Lilysilk, Senreve, and Ana Lusia are the three brands I will never buy from because they are so over saturated on RUclips. As a viewer I completely understand why RUclipsrs do collaborations. YES!!!!! You ARE so RIGHT!!!!!
I have a few Senreve bags that I paid for, which I love. I love the story of the brand and their quality is top notch.
Add Idyl man made diamond jewelry, the latest push, expensive and worthless. Equal to Influencers promoting fake bags.
Yeah it’s called being a “Sellout” in other words they’ll promote anything for money.

Even me being a big nobody, from day 1 on youtube I was getting sent offers for promoting garbage jewelry and clothes. I couldn't believe how quickly emails came in from brands 😂
Glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t like silk pillowcases! I think you either love them or hate them haha. Yeah it’s crazy right?!
Love your transparency. I was screaming laughing when you were talking about the blouse.
Hahahahah thank you!!
Woah! Thank you for this. Now it makes sense why everyone pushes the pillow case and blouses. It’s always the same ish. Omg the boxer’s lmao. When you said it, I pictured a cheesy Valentine’s Day scene or a porno lmao.
Bwhahahaha
Thanks Maggie! Yeah I agree too with the benefits, or lack of benefits in those products so I’ll be sure to watch your video! X thanks for watching
Being authentic & transparent will never go out of style ! Thanks for your input , love hearing your thoughts on this !
I love your transparency & the fact that you’re staying true to yourself. Lol the silk blouse cracked me up! 🤣 Great video Connor.

Influencers are actually required to clearly note sponsored videos and posts. Those that don't run the risk of a strike or ban (if pervasive). xoxo
Correct! X
Good video!
@@AnnieParkerConfidential I don’t think we even got to that part as I was so flabbergasted on the items they were providing haha

Love your transparency. I just had a look at the silk blouse. Gave me old school vampire vibes lol.

@@THECLOSETbyConnor Haha really?! That's not at all suss! 🤔🤣
Keep it 100. Great work.
Thanks Deb! Yeah 100% agree. No white frilly blouse for me thank you haja
I could watch you talk about white blouses all day!!! 😂🤣😂🤣. Love that you have standards. Something I’ve always admired about Cassie as well!

Hola from Tx. I always appreciate your honesty and LOVE hearing your laugh. Speaking of mens briefs I got my husband to wear 2UNDR, and he is hooked!! I mentioned them to a friend who loves to golf and now he’s obsessed with them. 😄
There’s you go! Men are simple right? Haha
Yeah the shipping is ridiculous I agree!!!
Yessssss! I know I’m worried that as luxury brands start working with bloggers I will lose interest in those things too. It’s harder and harder to find exclusive things. But yes, those advertising brands are not for me as a customer because of the way they advertise.
I think the healthy balance hasn’t been found yet by some!
Love your laugh … you crack me up …keep up the good work 🤣🤣🤣👏👏👏
I was talking to Dayle about this just last week. Moving to this side of RUclips is a minefield! The collabs come in and ask for a media kit (WTF is that!!) and it’s intimidating to work out what’s what and who’s who. I’ve agreed to one, and that makes me anxious!!!
Always here to help if you need it xx
Maybe you totally don’t need the aggravation? I enjoy your videos but honestly, I fast forward through the selling crap and it makes me lose interest in a channel.

Haha exactly! Girl you can have my pillowcase 😂😂😂 did you like my slip up at the start? Jump on girl x
@@THECLOSETbyConnor you already know what I said! 🤣🤣🤣❤️❤️❤️
Wish IG made it easier for influencers because she had same thing of people thinking she blocked people
The thought of silk boxers sounds VERY strange to me😂 I do love silk pillowcases I admit, but BOXERS what on earth😂

Thanks Dee!!! So true isn’t it?! Money can’t buy honesty xx
😂😂❤️ hilarious! Their loss!
@@mizmelbourne I’m betting you’re right the more I think on it…
I believe certain brands when they do giveaways, purposely select a winner who has a big following / aesthetic that would attract people to their brand, which is a smart thing to do right, because they’re a business!
Thank you 💙💙
I honestly thought the You Tubers picked the products themselves!
That definitely sounds like a paid advertisement to me!
I'm uncomfortable with it" 🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Hahahaha yes we love our Meredith x
I’m all for paid collabs if it is disclosed. I’m sick of the fake recommendations from influencers who have clearly been paid to talk about a product. Super sick of Analuisa and senreve 😂😂. I would love to get your views on influencers buying fake followers 😉😉 some are just too obvious!
Say no to all fakes 🤫🤫
I get really disappointed when I see a youtuber i like has a lillysilk sponsor. When we alll know they will not purchase them themselves. Plus youtubers aren’t exactly good actors.. it all looks so scrpited. Its so annoying
Such a shame right
I actually do buy Lily silk but am too small to ever be considered for a sponsorship, but dear lord if they force you to promote their picks like no thank you 😂
I have to disagree with this one, I have been gifted likysilk and accepted their collab, and I have bought clothes from them myself, you'll see me wearing likysilk quite a lot in videos and ig, a mix of what I was previously gifted and what I bought myself 💕
That’s crazy, and no free returns ain’t ok 🥵🥵
Yeah it’s disappointing if they know the products are terrible but still flog them, but some swear by their products off camera! Go figure right?!

Adore Cassie.
She’s gorgeous!!!
@@ameliarosescloset yeah potentially!

I had a senreve mini maestra. I USED IT FOR A YEAR. I SOLD IT FOR HALF PRICE.
