Dee idk if anyone else said this but when she dives for deals she can take what she finds to the recycle machine in the harbor neighborhood and get lots of money for it that way by recycling and selling the recycled objects
For the burnt furniture from the dumptster, the spellcaster can repair it with the spell repario... and the smog vaccuum in the civil engineering career can fix the furniture.
