Hi everybody !
Today we traveled 50km to the city by motorbike with minimal equipment. The location is a neighborhood where there is a lot of grass that spreads to the sidewalk, under the grass there is a lot of household rubbish that has been thrown away by people for a long time and a lot of thorny bougainvillea branches. If you don't have shoes that protect against sharp objects, you probably won't be able to clean them. I still see trash cans but I don't understand why they choose to throw trash on the sidewalk. While thinking about drinking water, neighbors came to ask him and said why he was cleaning this landfill? This spontaneous rubbish dump has been around for a long time and everyone throws rubbish here. If they move, they will have to dispose of their trash further away than now. Oh Lord! I really couldn't believe what they were telling me. There were also some supporters so we continued cleaning until the end of the day. Both of them were very tired and mixed with sadness and joy, but somehow the sidewalk was clean and beautiful again and my heart felt happier.
As usual, we clean the grass, sort the inorganic waste into the trash, then throw the grass and organic waste into the abandoned land until the grass dries and burns it. I don't put grass in the trash because it will burden and make it difficult for scavengers. We travel by motorbike so we can only carry small amounts of rubbish and don't have the budget to rent a truck to transport all the grass. goes to landfill, we can only contribute a small portion to help society. If I have funds in the future, I will buy a machine to make the work faster. I hope everyone always supports me so that I can have more motivation.
