Pst Adeboye did not request the funds for personal use and did not tie any special miracle to those who could donate. The project in question has been long completed and put to use, meaning those with N1 billion capacity had donated without making noise. Leke is only being real, being a Pastor or a Pastor's son does not exempt him from having an opinion on some issues, if someone came to meet you for assistance, I'm sure in your capacity you would want to help genuine cases like rent issues, medical bills, childbirth, feeding, welfare issues, etc. Yes, the remark may have seemed insensitive to those they could not help, that's my contribution.
