Just curious, have you ever looked into the SOURCE of the pain which also could be your upper Axis or Atlis being misaligned from the surgery. Or even possibly an old neck injury. It's something that you could check into that wouldn't run into alot of money. Ya never know it may correct your symptoms. If you haven't done this yet you can look into an upper cervical chiropractor. It's turned out for myself after experiencing many weeks of chronic sinus problems and really bad cluster headaches that I had a misaligned atlas that was pressing on the transgeminal optic nerve. Doctors can be a bit misinformed because they are only addressing and treating symptoms of pain and this will never work. It could very well be a simple misaligned Axis that is pressing on the transgeminal nerve ganglia.

Hello, thank you so much for your suggestion. I have been treated by a chiropractor for several years. At this time an osteopath is helping with my pain considerably. Supposedly there are some issues in my neck but nothing that the chiropractor could directly improve. Although you bring up a good point that I plan to research.
And, I am so glad that it has helped you! 🙏🏼🌷
