I’m a seasoned reader and the Wildwood was my second deck aprox 6-8 yrs ago after the RW. They are calling me once again. Reasons unknown but I will embrace it. In essence listening to you was like listening to me. I’m glad I was drawn to you
Bought this deck today, my first. It just called to me out of all the decks in front of me. I like your suggestion of a three card weekend draw to familiarize myself with the cards - this I can confidently and consistently fit into my schedule.
I, fortunately, came across your current vidoes on my RUclips feed. I ordered the first deck I've owned in over 20 years -- an Herbal deck from Tamed & Wiled (based on RiderWaite; beautiful artwork -- and fell instantly in love with it, as soon as I unwrapped and held it my hands; same way I 'fell in love' with you after watching your video). You are such a sweetheart, so kind, gentle and knowing, and I feel like when I'm listening to you speak, I'm listening to a family member. I do not mind your longer videos, btw! Thank you, sincerely, for the wisdom and insight. You have a new subscriber!
I got this deck for Christmas from my husband (wanted it for a long time) and was instantly in love. It is definitely different from what I'm accustomed to, but I've been trying to get to know the deck whenever I get the chance. Its been a tad bit hard to do because I have a 2 year old running around.
Melinda Earl-Roop I got this deck 3 days agoand was also instantly in love. It is my soul deck. I'm having very little trouble relating to this gorgeous book and the spectacular art work. Hope your baby has let you have some time with it. 🙂
Thank you for your input on reversals. I was wondering. I'm not particularly familiar with other Tarot decks, trying to learn The Wildwood deck as my main choice.
Thank you very much for the interpretation/explanation of the Wildwood deck versus the classic Rider-Waite. I’m an absolute beginner in Tarot myself. Greetings from Belgium. 🃏
I've worked with the runes for a while, but there's only 24 of them and the meanings are varied between the people who have researched them for years and seem to be the accepted "experts" on them. I'm looking for something more detailed with more set meanings and want to do tarot. I bought a Rider-Waite deck, because it seems to be the classic go to deck, but doesn't really resonate with me. The Wild Wood Tarot instantly appeals to me without even going through the cards. Being an old Norse pagan, I'm already liking what I see while flipping through the pages. Should I just start with the Wildwood and forget about the Rider-Waite deck? I'm angling that way
