@@CosmicYT9 You won't get far. The actual reason has been a mystery for a long time. A lot of rumors floating around. I've been doing some extensive research on the topic with a few others, and that was the conclusion we've found.
and it might be a good thing that it got canceled, supposedly they where going to explore mecha vehicles, like exosuits, and that sounds more like a maxsteel thing than hotwheels
acceleracers to me was what i thought to just be another show i'd watch as kid like ninjago. but when i found the Card game in like 2013. i wanted to know more about the show and how to obtain the cars. and when i gave up. i forgot about the show until 2023. i came back to the series, watched all 4 movies and micro realms, and i'm still sad that this series never got the ending it deserved. now what it is its childhood that i'd know i would get to relive one day. one day acceleracers will return
Hell yes i played with the Cars and made Tracks 😂 even had a swamp realm set. It makes me so sad that my Mom threw all the stuff away, Not only is the emotional value high but they are also rare and worth a lot at this Point.
I first caught wind of Acceleracers as a hand me down from my brother and I have to say, this show is really fun and the fan base is alive more than ever
Like a week ago, and for no reason, I remembered I watched this as a kid and I had like very vague memories of it so it was quite the journey rewatching and checking videos out of what came of it
The hole thing about acceleracers being canceled because it was to good it could overshadow the franchise is false, it came as an anon reddit post from someone allegedly inside the acceleracers production. The thing is, Mattel was not doing good financially by the time Acceleracers and OG green Max Steel were airing (Their profits were low), that resulted on Mattel completelly repositioning themselves, and the animations were part of it, they swapped Acceleracers for BF5 as a way to sell new toys, the same thing happened to the Max Steel movies.
