I went all in on Max MP on my build so I have 631 Max MP at base, which is boosted to 879 Max MP with Arche Concretion. That makes her Exciting Act buff give just under 30% Skill Power (not enhanced) and 6 MP per second for Relaxing Act which I find are large enough buffs that getting into your enhanced versions are no longer your only way to be 'useful' One thing to note, duration I find to be pretty important, especially for the enhanced abilities. Duration increases the length of the song, so when you pop an enhanced skill, your allies who stay in the circle will get 8.3 seconds of the enhanced version without it counting down, and then when it runs out, their counter will start going down giving them another 8.3 seconds with that buff for a total of 16.6 seconds of the enhanced buff

Ive yet to get that set from Gluttony but Im not sure if Id use it anyway, the survivability I get from having non set golds is just so nice. Ive got 11K DEF and 20K HP so that I can stand anywhere and dance like a mad man without dying :P If I need to do damage (say with a team thats not really skill focused) I just pull out my Enduring Legacy. Also as a bonus because skill power is mostly irrelevant getting a crazy good reactor is much easier on Luna as only the options really count
Hi, sorry but unless I'm misunderstanding something, the part of your comment about duration extending her songs is just flat out wrong. Songs last ~15 seconds before Luna returns to her "idle" song (the green one) if no buttons are hit, the buff she gives herself during her songs lasts just as long as the song does. Applying every single duration mod in the game that I can gave a total of 85.3% bonus duration (bonus duration also isn't reflected on her skill tool tips), but when I timed it, her song was still ~15 seconds where it should have been closer to ~26 seconds. You /are/ right that duration increases the length of her buff when an ally leaves her circle, but that's still about ~8 seconds of buff (vs the original of 5, so a net 3 seconds before the buff falls off) not 16.6 seconds as there's no "added time" from your song being "longer". If i'm misunderstanding something, please clarify.

Im still confused about you using Tech Master over Singular Master for the support build. Arent her 2, 3, and 4 abilities singular and youll be spending the most time in those then you would non buffing base (her 1 ability)

I think people undermine Luna's support capabilities and even her noise surge AoE build. It's sad to me but also I'm okay with it because maybe eventually Nexon will buff her even though in my opinion she probably doesn't need one. There are many pros to using Luna over Bunny for AoE damage, and boosting skill crit rate (while niche in colossus fights) can make a barely built skill decendant (like Hailey or Lepic) broken enough to wipe the boss.
Pros to Luna's AoE over Bunny: Ability to cover more area and total number of enemies (compared to Ultimate Bunnies using high voltage 【which is morlst of them】 which from what I've seen only proc to about 4 to 5 enemies at a time per 0.75 second interval if using SoL. Able to stay stationary behind cover and still damage enemies, making it easier to take down the tougher enemies with higher health pools without being in danger of going down. Cons to using Luna AoE over Bunny: Slower in Operation missions in general Bunny does crazy high crit damage with crazy high crit rate per proc with no effort *side note: in my honest opinion, general farming in my experience (such as for kuiper and gold) is on the same level and both are very viable just with their own things to keep in mind that I mentioned.
i personally enjoy her kit, i think she needs some kinda of quality of life change for controller tho from everyone i’ve talked to playing her on controller she seems hard for some reason i mainly play on keyboard so i can’t really echo the sentiment
Pretty sure she only reaches 20m in range and the tool tip lies when it says 24m or so. 250% max means you only need 150% from mods as 100% is base. You can confirm it in the shooting range place. each square should be 10m, Tried it out with a friend in the field to see if the visual was just shorter than the effect but it seemed to line up with 20m. So I can assure you using 1 skill expansion is the right choice. as the 100% from the class mod is only going to give you the last 56%. But you can also use the mod that gives 50% range and reach cap using the class mod if you're confident in yourself. Edit: that said i think you are 16% over cap on your dps build. and can probably not use frugal mindset as you get 50% of your MP back when you enhance a skill using noise surge.
One thing you should know about her noise surge mod, is all 3 of her buffs you get from using all 3 of her sigular skills can be maintained simultaneously, buffing her damage by about 30%, its not easy but if you keep the stacks up and switch songs before each buff runs out you can maintain all 3 of her buffs at max stacks. (I really wish this part of her kit was affected by duration because it really is difficult to maintain all of the stacks)
Hi, question. You mention around the 4:45 mark that you're "0.6 off the max" of 24m for her buffs. The tooltip on her abilities says her range should be buffable to 250%, which would be 28m, no? Why doesn't this work? Is this a bug? Edit: I found an answer to the above issue on the official discord, the math for how range is calculated does not work the way I thought it did, nor is "max expandable range" properly explained in game. Also I really only feel you need enough +Magazine size on her guns to get to ~45 bullets, as when you pop a song, you +10 anyways. This can be done with only 1 mag size mod.
im pretty sure it adds 35% crit so if u we’re at 5% before you’ll now be at 40% this also gets affected by the mods the person ur buffing has on so it’s possible to get really close to 100% skill crit rate if the person ur buffing is using 3 crit mods
Dont know if its a bug or not but when i used noise surge on her, using a singular modifier mod on her still resulted in a negative multiplier(using max range). As soon as i put on technician the modifier went green even though the singular modifier mod was higher than technicians. Could be a bug or maybe its just not being reflected in the skill window
it’s not really a bug i guess, it’s similar to how some weapon mods don’t show up in the dps calculation it’s the same with category mods for some reason but the damage u get using them will be higher
My question is why passionate Sponsor when it only triggeres once members are buffed and your stage presence is turned off....unless it's been fixed but idk think till it is its kinda meh mod. Another thing is that weapon passives such as Divine punishment buffs WILL NOT trigger while stage presence is active but if allies are buffed and u turn it off it will then count and actovate....hope they fix that soon.
Passionate sponsor is activated when you buff allies. It gives 75% skill power modifier AND firearm atk %. So it buffs both your unique weapon damage if tou stay in that the entire time, and your gun damage for a minimum of 15 seconds if you don't mod duration.
rhizon reply is pretty much what i was going to say as long as ur buffing allies u’ll get a benefit and yea no unique weapon gains the legendary weapons passive effects i mentioned the divine punishment bc the only time u really use ur weapons on luna is when the boss becomes immune during that stage u can become a bit tankier to face tank the dmg while u break the weak points.

If I'm remembering properly, the only skill that scales off of skill power is her 1 so tech is the only scaling that's really useful.
