I lost my significant other of 44-years almost a year ago, I'm still in shock and I knew he was going to die (dementia) but it still was a shock when he passed. It's devastating losing a loved one. Grief has no time limit, you just take it day by day. We have to keep moving forward because our life is still going. ❤
