A reminder of the great things the USA has accomplished and will continue to accomplish (Perseverance for example). In 1969, USA was a nation divided by the war in Vietnam and civil unrest. For that one beautiful day we were all united with pride in the moon landing and the thousands of brilliant people that made it possible. Thanks for posting this DSM!

Probably a piece of foil or other material from The Eagle. Wouldn't be a foreign object, the speeds would be too high
@@DMSP Do any of you know if the camera was far enough from the window that the object could be inside the spaceship?
I think it looks like some spec came between the lens and the window. I suppose it could be outside the spaceship but I'd think it's less likely than from inside the spaceship.
ok, I just looked again, like over n over. It does appear to be inside the craft as it 1st appears in spot blocked from outside view, so either a reflection or piece of spatsom (like flotsam or jetsom, but the space version doesn't exist yet that I know of n spasm is already taken).
