In this video we will show you one of the ways we rig a FlowCine Black Arm to a SUV using a speedrail grid. This setup is perfect for leading and profile shots, especially at higher speeds. In a separate video we will show you our Truck front and back setups. There are many ways to mount a camera to a car and this is just one of the ways we do it, but it is bound to change as we find better ways.

This build out is so clean! You guys did an amazing job organizing everything. Happy to see you guys rocking safety straps!! So many people forget that crucial step. Just be careful with the power ratchet!! You can easily strip out threads or even break bolts with it. Definitely speeds things up but has to be used with care. Amazing work by the team! If you guys need anything, let me know!

Great build out, my only concern is using glass for the suction cups. Do you think the double support takes most of the load? Would suction cups to the roof be better? I’m used to building a roof rack for those types of supports.

@@darrelltemple1565 …and you hit the nail on the head! The hitch mount/vertical tube takes the majority of the load and forces. The suction cups in this case are really only locating the vertical and stabilizing it. Relatively a low amount of forces acting on the actual suction cups.
