Just A Dad, There are a couple things you may find interesting. 1. The Echo Dot with Clock also has the tap-to-snooze function. 2. The Echo Dot with Clock can also display temperature, timers (one at a time) and song id (all upon request). It will also display changes to volume, equalizer and brightness. These functions, except volume control, do require voice commands or the use of the Alexa app. I'm not claiming that you are wrong in pointing out the limits of the Echo Dot with Clock's display and I realize that this was just a quickie video. Thanks for all the videos, especially the coffee makers and carpet cleaners, which are my favorites.
