MY NEWBORN BABY ROUTINE 0-3 MONTHS | DAY AND NIGHT | 24 HOURS WITH A NEWBORN

Hi Guys! It's so good to be back on here. Today I'm sharing a video on my newborn baby routine. I will be taking you through a day in the life of my 8 week old baby boy Isaac. Everything from feeds, naps, awake time, evening routine and through the night feeds. Of course newborns don't follow a rigid pattern however I found that having a plan/schedule in place helps everyone in the family. This is what a day in the life of Isaac looks like:
Wake up between 6:00am - 6:30am
6:00am - 6:30am Feeding
7:00am - 8:00am Change & awake time
8:00am - 9:00am First nap of the day
9:00am Wake up & change
9:15am Feeding
10:00am - 10:30 Awake time
10:30am - 12:00pm Second nap of the day
12:00pm Wake up & feed
12:30pm - 1:30pm Awake time
1:30pm - 3:00pm Third nap of the day
3:00pm Wake up & feeding
4:00pm Awake time & out for a walk
4:30pm - 5:15pm Cat nap
5:30pm Feeding and fussy time
6:00pm Bath
6:30pm Feeding
7:00pm Bedtime
10:30pm Dreamfeed
1:30am & 4:00am Through the night feeds
6:30am Wake up
