Such a gorgeous video, but the Snuggle Me and the Dock-a-Tot both carry huge suffocation risk. Neither are approved for sleep. Many babies have died sleeping next to their parents in these cushioned loungers. They’re banned in some countries because they’re so dangerous. Please consider transitioning your gorgeous boy to a flat mattress and only using the Snuggle Me when baby is being observed closely. Parents think they’ll hear a baby struggle but suffocation is silent and only takes a few seconds to be fatal. Perhaps you could also put a disclaimer on your videos so other parents can be informed of the risk of infant suffocation using these products? Xoxo
For anyone who’s a first time mom struggling through the newborn stage. It gets better! I’m a first time mom of an almost 4 month old and life is way easier now .
I just delivered my first and she is 3 weeks and 3 days... Some nights look like this, others include Cluster feeds. It's all so exhausting, getting maybe 4-6 hours of sleep in a day (of course not all at once) exclusively breastfeeding while trying to take care of ourselves too because our bodies just went through the most it has ever done (hello 2nd degree tear). Plus the anxiety that comes with visitors, or driving with the baby, wanting to be in public like a normal person but being overstimulated, the hotflashes, the physical and emotional healing. The days are long but the weeks are short. As hard as it is, getting to know the human I grew in my womb, smelling her head all day, watching her grow so fast, crying because her stump fell off lol, watching my boyfriend be the sweetest dad, it's all so perfect.
Wow this comment perfectly sums up motherhood. I’m a first time mama … just 3 days postpartum and hearing that I’m not alone in everything that I’m feeling, is so validating. Motherhood is the best, I wouldn’t change it for anything!
I saw maybe a few hours of sleep and that is the most realistic of these videos I have ever seen. I can’t get baby to sleep in her bassinet for more than 20 minutes. We’ve had a couple times where it was two hours but I can’t turn my brain off and every noise I sit and wait for it to become crying and cannot stop myself. Sleep is rare and I’m constantly exhausted beyond words.
I’m an old grandmother and I really enjoy your videos. I love all the new things available to make it easier to be a mother and a baby. Your voice and your graceful demeanor are a blessing to your children. Please tell your husband what a lucky man he is!
These night are the hardest but yet the sweetest moments. Knowing you are so exhausted to wake up but yet so much excitement to cuddle a new little one 😭 praying for you always mommas I hope everyone is doing amazing!
I'm 34 and watching ur video I realize I'm still not ready for that kind of life yet. I'm glad you make these. Its so hard for me to function with no sleep and I felt ur exhaustion through the screen. Idk how u mamas do it. It looks extremely hard can't imagine how it feels day after day. @@MadelieneVanMarter Just a peice of friendly advice for a new mother. Take it as you wish, but when I was a new mom I new nothing about putting my baby on much if a schedule. I did try to do a basic feeding schedule, but other than that I didn't know much. My baby was three months ond when I was talking to my sister about her kids and she told me the schedule she had done with her kids, and I tried it. It was amazing! I’m 29weeks (will be 30w in 2 days) and this video makes me tear up knowing that I’ll be doing the same thing very soon. Thanks for the video. Lincoln is so cute 💖
Of.all the RUclips videos with newborn routine, this one is closest to one I had with both babies. Co- sleeping, baby change setup in bed. Also mini fridge for milk. One thing I would like to suggest is getting head board, so that you always some back support while feeding.
We just moved into our house the day before Lincoln was born so none of our furniture was set up😅 then we realized our bed was too high and the bassinet was too low
These are exactly what my nights looked like as a first time mom. My respect for mommies has grown so much more since having my baby. She is now almost 2 months old and I miss my baby being so little.
Does it get better as they hit 1/2 months old ?? Bc I feel so stressed and tired from the sleepless nights bc sometimes it’s hard putting the baby down.
@@anaabrt It definitely does. My baby now only wakes up about 2/3 times a night for her diaper change and to eat. However I do cosleep so I’ve found that it helps me a ton, especially right now that nights are cold. But it will get better as your baby grows because they tend to create a schedule for themselves.
@@anaabrt What I also suggested is feeding your baby and holding him/her for about 30ish minutes after they fall asleep until you hear their breathing super soft so you know they’re in a deep sleep, then put him/her down. I used to struggle a lot before when I would put her in her bassinet because I would lay her down during her light sleep so she would wake up almost immediately after I set her down.
@@lesliegalindo7692 thank u for the advice, I do my baby is a week old and he has his days where he would sleep quickly and some days it would take like an hour to put him back asleep even though I fed and changed him.

I wish my newborn was like yours! She was one of those babies that didn't want to sleep and the only way she would sleep was in our arms or after nursing while laying on the side. I was so tired for months!
We’ve been having a rough week since this night 😵💫😂 but I feel like that’s always how it goes! Things are easy one second and then not the next hahah. I love nursing and laying but you are literally a statue all night. I wake up so stiff some mornings!
Good job Mama..🥰 this was nostalgic to watch...I have 2 boys..a 10 year old and a 19 year old ( who is now in the Navy)....over the years I've always told my 19 year old that he taught me how to be a Mama 🥰.. I had to remember how I handled him in every situation when it came to my now 10 year old when he was a newborn...I'll tell you this..cherish these moments 💙...
I can so relate to this. My son is 7 weeks old and some nights he wakes every 2 hours. That's pretty brutal! However the nights where he sleeps in 3 and 4 hour stretches are like heaven...... Hang in there, thank goodness this stage doesn't last forever.

I have 4 sons as well. They’re all big now but this brings back memories. 🥰 Nice to see another mom of 4 boys, it’s actually pretty uncommon where I am. 😊
I want to congratulate and celebrate the honesty. My daughter is a first time mom and suffered mastitis from improper latching. Honestly our insurance carrier is atrocious. Don’t get Kaiser Permanente for health insurance due to the lack of support from lactation specialists. My daughter had a C-section and they basically told her on the second day she was discharged. She wasn’t even allowed to request more time to get a better hold on it. When I asked if they offered one on one she said that they were outside providers who charge from 275-400 depending on the time. Which isn’t covered. My daughter has seen all these videos telling her that she would have time for makeup and hair. Honestly with a newborn baby you barely have time to sleep if you have help. To all you wonderful mamas out there please don’t be hesitant to ask for help. As a grandma I am so there. I take up night feedings to let my girl sleep for the best of both her and my grand baby

What a little squish 🥰🥰 he’s living his best life. God bless you all and thanks for sharing
Hahah he really is!😅🥰
I found your channel when I first found out I was pregnant and now i’m in the hospital waiting to have my own little boy! love your channel, congrats on another cute baby boy 💙
Awe congratulations!! I hope everything goes smoothly for you and baby💙 & thank you🥹🫶🏻🫶🏻
You're doing great mama! I can't believe you have 4 kids, I have 2, my yongest being 7 months old and i'm exhausted. You're such an inspiration! ❤
Thank you for this video:) I am 38 weeks with my first, so kind of due anytime now. Trying to watch lots of these videos to prepare my expectations lol. You have a beautiful family!
I hope this helps!! & congratulations!🥰
You are an amazing mom! Keep up the good work..definitely hard day and nights but just know,God doesn't give you anything you can't handle! God bless you and your beautiful family!!
Thanks for sharing an honest video of your evening, I am a first time Mom-to-be in August so just mentally preparing myself for this...
Mothers are amazing! I can't even imagine staying up all night every day to take care of someone.
Thank you for sharing :)
thank you for this! i’m due in less than 2 weeks with my first and this really was a comfort bc i’m panicking, lol. ❤
I'm glad that you talked about all that we can need for the new baby 👶
Ah this makes me want to have another baby!!! I have a 4, almost 3 and 7 month old. I miss those precious newborn days ♡ you go momma!
The first year goes by so fast 😥
@Madeliene VanMarter it really does! That new born stage is gone way too fast!!
You're such a great mom. I may have watched this one already but not sure. I don't know how you do it with that many little ones but your doing a fantastic job. Love and Prayers to you all. Keep up the great work with all your kids and husband.👍❤️🙏
Thank you so much!!
Years from now you will
Be so glad you made this I love it it’s real
I just had my baby girl 5 days ago and I will say we have very similar routines and setups! Our babies look identical too, especially with the hair. I’m not a young Mom, I’m 38 and boy do I feel it!!
I LOOVVEEE my Haaka too. I seem to be producing more since using it. It’s like it helped open more ducts. Well done Momma on this video!
Love from another Momma in Orange County, California!❤
Awe congratulations!! & yes I completely agree about the Haaka!
I had a baby girl 40 days ago and 39 years..😁
Those little baby farts were adorable. I’ve got approximately 6 weeks until my little man arrives. My first, so this video was really helpful. Also, feeling better about my snuggle me purchase. Great video ❤
Congratulations!! You’re almost there!🫶🏻 so happy to help, and the snuggle me is one of my favorite newborn products!
The tiny fridge idea is perfect!
I remember the first 3mos of taking care of my baby. Not easy. The first month, I was sleepless. It only started to get better by the 2nd month and from sleep training with swaddles
You are doing the best job such a good mama❤️. I’m 15 weeks pregnant with baby no 2 and your videos make me so excited🥰
How exciting ☺️ congratulations!
The gas part was so funny! I loved your video I am due in July and can't wait to meet my baby boy!
You inspired me to start my own channel. Thank you 🤍 I’m kinda nervous on starting a vlog channel but I think it’ll be a fun hobby, I’m a stay at home mom with 3 boys certainly pregnant with our 4th boy, I’m 29 weeks pregnant. Super excited for him to get here. Love your videos 🤍 xo
love to see another boy mom on here! let me know when you post your first video, ill watch it! 💗 I cringe at my old videos but practice makes perfect and everyone starts from somewhere. starting my channel was the best thing I ever did. i genuinely enjoy the creative process and it gave me something outside of being a mother
i subbed :)
I Subscribed to your channel. Good Luck.
@@MadelieneVanMarter thank you so much, I literally sit and just binge watch your videos. I love them, they are so so relatable to my life. I LOVE a real mom, this would be my 3rd time trying to start my channel I just need to have faith in myself and show my real life, being a mom is so hard sometimes I feel like I lose myself, I feel like this would help me feel that way as well. 🤍
@@DarlingKaya thank you so much 🤍 I subscribed back ❤️
currently 37 weeks and 5 days, I'm getting nervous as I get closer to meeting my little girl (the good kind of nervous) and I feel unprepared to how I will take care of her despite having family to help and been watching alot of videos. I really like your video and seeing that is was made very recently gives me sense of secure because most of the videos I've seen were from 6+ months ago or over a year ago.
Your natural instincts will kick in! 💗 I’m glad my videos help!
Thank you for sharing....my due date was on January with my first..i found this video makes me more confident ❤️❤️
I’m so glad! & congratulations!
You're a wonderful mommy! Congrats again and welcome to the world, Lincoln!
awe thank you so much!🥹💗
Thank you for this im gonna try to enjoy being 26 weeks pregnant and not having to do this yet :p i so want the pregnancy to be done but this is a good reminder how my nights will be. I feel soooo sorry for you to be so tired i just feeelt it when u were sitting nursing with your eyes closed ugh so hard❤ ur doing so great!
i'm 22 & a first time mom, i can't seem to relax & i spend almost 90% of my time fussing over my newborn. i eye him even when she sleeps and fuss over every sound she makes. hopefully i get my life arranged like all these youtube moms making everything look so organized & aesthetic. 🥹🫶🏻
I’m 29weeks (will be 30w in 2 days) and this video makes me tear up knowing that I’ll be doing the same thing very soon. Thanks for the video. Lincoln is so cute 💖
this makes me miss when my daughter was a newborn.. glad I have another one on the way :)
Congratulations!
@@MadelieneVanMarter thank you! You as well!
Me too now may little boy is one month and 4 days ❤️ they say time flies when you have child and that's true🍼
You are a rockstar mom!!!!!!!! Wow, you are an inspiration.
You are so calm! And organised! I know this was awhile ago but I got a few tips and inspiration from watching. I have 3 kids and would like a 4th possibly so it's nice to see what you do with 3 kids and a baby. Keep up the great work, love the vids!
Thank you so much for these videos! I’m a first time mom going to give birth to a girl any day now and this is so extremely helpful! 🥰💕
I can't wait for this again🥺🥺❤️ such an awesome video mama. Love it!
You are a super mom and have the cutest baby ever!! Congratulations on your 4 beautiful boys 💗
He is adorable, God bless your family❤️Love your channel☺️
Thank you so much!
Loved it! Thank you so much for sharing it with the new mothers like me, who don't know what the heck they are doing.
You’re doing such an amazing job! Love your videos ❤
Thank you so much!!💗
I’m such a nerd over here taking actual notes 😂❤ 9 weeks to go for me and I appreciate all the great info you provide! Thank you from NJ!
No that was literally me when I was pregnant with my first hahhaa. Had a little notebook and everything 🤣
@@MadelieneVanMarter Yes! Me too 😂
I wish my newborn was like yours!
Awe y love that🥹💗 my brothers sun the navy! He just graduated basic!
I can so relate to this. My son is 7 weeks old and some nights he wakes every 2 hours. That's pretty brutal! However the nights where he sleeps in 3 and 4 hour stretches are like heaven...... Hang in there, thank goodness this stage doesn't last forever.
Yess that extra hour or two really makes a difference! 😅
Such a super mommy ❤I just wanted to tell you that you are doing a great job 🥰
Thanks girl🥰
No lo carguen simplemente deslen el pecho y no se anden lebantandono q se lebantan a andarls paseando la noche no es para andar bpseando tiernitos
I love co sleeping with my boys too. Feels so much more secure hearing them breathing next to you. He's beautiful hun, huge congratulations. My 2nd is currently 4 months,my eldest is almost 12 years old,so feels so lovely having the baby snuggles again 😊 lots of luv. 💕
I'm due in February, I'm very ADHD so I just hope my nights could resemble some kind of order like this 😅 Landon is so cute. 💙
New here and your little man is gorgeous 🥰 my little girl is 8 weeks, she's my lucky last as I have older children,my oldest daughter is 26 and no grand children yet, can't wait to watch more of your videos when I'm up at night feeding also🌟♥️♥️
Congratulations mumma
So peaceful ❤️❤️ Lincoln is so sweet
Love this! First time momma a month ago so can relate to a lot of this. ❤️
Lincoln is so sweet. Our third and last baby will be turning a year in a month. Your videos with Lincoln make my heart ache a bit it's all so fleeting especially the newborn days. All the best to you ❤️
Thank you Holly💗 I know it’s so bittersweet 🥹
Do not say your “last baby”, you never know what happens, and you shouldn’t reject it!
@@LucasiaOfficial mind your business 😀
Thank you for this video, I'm having our first baby in 10 days!!
This is such a precious video! Such a sweet family, thank you for sharing☺
Such a nice realistic night routine. Thanks for sharing with us. I just found your channel and been enjoying watching. I put the snuggle me on my registry. He is such a cute lil newborn💙
thank you💗 The snuggle me is one of my essentials for newborns! I hope you and your baby love it!
Just had a newborn too!! ❤️. My 3rd, I have a 2 year old & a one year old as well so I totally understand 😅 . Loooove your channel 💖 God bless!!
I mean I’m 26 so I wouldn’t call myself a young mom necessarily but I am a first time mom 33weeks pregnant and your videos have helped me so much ❤ I know nothing will make me 100% prepared for when baby comes but your videos do help me feel a bit more prepared ❤
I’m so happy to hear that! Videos like these helped me feel prepared too when I was first pregnant 💗 congratulations!🫶🏻
@@MadelieneVanMarter well thankyou so much for sharing your life with us❤️ we appreciate you🥰🥰 and congratulations on your new baby ❤️❤️
Thank you!!💗🥰
I'm 33 and at 5 weeks with my first. From my perspective you are a young mom 🙂. I wish now that I would've started younger but unbelievably happy (though still worried) to be pregnant now. I wish you a healthy safe delivery for you and your baby!
@@samanthab5006 Congrats in your baby and I’m sure we will both do great❤
Love this! Thank you for posting videos like this. Definitely helps! 😊 music is very relaxing as well.

You are such a sweet mum❤️ love all of your videos

Awh Congratulations! I dont know how you do it 🙈 your an inspiration to many.. lotsa love from the UK ❤️

I have 4 sons as well. They’re all big now but this brings back memories. 🥰 Nice to see another mom of 4 boys, it’s actually pretty uncommon where I am. 😊
LOVED this video!! Lincoln is so adorable 🥰💙 these kinda videos are making me so excited to have my daughter soon 🙊💖 xx
Awe congratulations💗🥰 I’m so glad you like it, thank you!!
Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us, I’m a new subscriber, I stumbled across one of your videos today and was really touched by it! ❤
