    What about:
    My pedal pins are feeling a bit worn, just not getting that secure grip
    I tried this new chamois butter and it's just not stopping the chaffing
    That roll out is just to much for my 27.5er, really needed to bring my 29er
    That switchback is just too tight for my 29er, I should've brought my 27.5er
    I can't start this climb until my GPS gets signal so I can track this ride on Strava
    My new rear hub is just so much clickier than my old one I was distracted
    This new hub so silent I couldn't gauge my speed into the berm

    My e bike is too heavy.
    My ebike gives too much assist, so I spin out.
    This hub motor is too heavy.
    My bike is too heavily geared.
    I forgot to take off the mud tyres.
    My bar is crooked.

      @@mtbboy1993 its a placebo effect. I changed to an oval for a while then back to a round chainring and its no easier or harder to pedal

    • @mtbboy1993
      @mtbboy1993 Год назад

      @@Melonator13 Results might vary. it's not placebo. you are in a lighter gear at the hard part of the stroke and a heavier in the easy part of the stroke. so it gives an even stroke.
      my pain went away. If I use round rings my knees hurt. To me the difference is huge. Yes you get used to it they won't feel weird once you got used to it.
      If you look at it from an technical stand point it makes sense too. I struggled with horrible knee pain from riding, since I was a kid, I wanted an oval chainring since then. As soon as I had oval chainring I could finally ride without agony. But how much difference you notice can depend on how you ride. The way I ride I notice it as I actually pedal a lot. It's just me getting stronger, the oval chainring definitely helps me. if you can do without that is nice. but I just cant take it, it reduces my riding time and makes me want to stop, my body says stop. I use Absolute Black, there are knock off junk that does not give the desired result where the timing is wrong.
      Some think it's marketing propaganda, but it's not, but they don't understand how it works, you might not notice it working even if it does, but with my knees it's really noticeable. It was not just normal fatigue. It was so bad I just could not continue, so I had to take it easy, ride less steep stuff, less tech, ride slower, relax more, to maximise the riding time, no I can push much harder. yes i do get muscle fatigue, but my knees don't hurt like someone tried to beat me up.
      To me it made sense.

    • @johnnydoe66
      @johnnydoe66 2 года назад

      @@Shred_Tube Your definition of "shred" may be totally different than a multitude of other riders. I stated that I don't do flow or jump lines. I go fast when I need to, but after 30+ yrs of mtn biking I have nothing to prove. I have had a host of injuries, twice knocked unconscious and 6 concussions, so I ride to within my level/ability. No matter how good you think you are, there's always someone who has more skills. If "shredding" means riding something like the Portal Trail in Moab, then guess what....I shred.
      Good for you riding with 14 yr old girls on Blacks, that means that they're probably going to be even better riders than yourself when they get to be your age.
