He's a budding singer in the Philippines that possesses an unconventional singing technique rarely seen nowadays here so this is why he's been well received by both the judges and the general Filipino audience. I also agree that agility in contemporary pop music is very much applied and absolutely adds to the appeal of the performance because it allows for a much easier and better sounding riffs and runs that today's songs frequently and liberally employ. He has some resonance with Dimash but I think his style is much better than Dimash because his voice control is superb and he doesnt overdo his singing. I didnt find any yelling and screaming! He has such a brilliant voice.
