This is a *GREAT* design concept. So refreshing to see a practical, versatile, well thought out knife that's not either a giant unwieldy fixed blade beast or an over-engineered folder. If you have a waiting list and/or pre-order process, I am *definitely* interested!

Brother I just want to say..every time I'm having a shity day, I click on your videos and just like that my day is better. Thanks for being you big dawg.
Knives like this are my favorite. They are thin and narrow enough to carry 5 in each pocket, 5 in each shoe, and 6 or 7 around my neck. I use them for everything, from opening my fridge, to changing my car tires.
5:40 Oh, hombre, that is a niiiice drink...(waits instead of making multiple comments)...I'm near 9 minutes in. This style of blade would be a great addition to a bush hunting/dressing kit. Great for getting in-between rib bones and other tight spots. 10:50 Weird. In the late 60s, my family were travelling workers. Dad drove a drilling rig doing water bores and mineral core testing all over Australia. Mum followed the truck in an FX Holden with an 18 foot Franklin caravan. We were a fully self-contained 4 person family and often lived in the middle of nowhere. When I was 4/5, we were in SA. Due to the need for my older sister and me to go to a 'real' school instead of doing correspondence school, we ended up at Beachport and my first school. Which leads me to the point (fucking finally eh?). I was taught how to hold a pencil the same way at Beachport Primary in 1968. But I'm a lefty. We hold our writing implements in a 'special' way. Oh, and if anyone read this far, yes, I'd buy one of these knives to add to my useful knives kit.
I bought a nice paring knife on Amazon for $15. Made a nice sheath for it. My wife stole it from me and uses it camping and fishing all the time. Sorry but it looks exactly like that, but leather sheath instead of Kydex.
How does your wife steal your stuff?! First, how do you let her. Second, you know where she lives right?! Take back your knife. Next it will be your expensive ZT or customs. You don't need to give up your stuff for wife points! Take what's rightfully yours!
I really enjoy mine, it's part of my EDC rotation, even though I end up using it more for around the house/office kinda work it'll do just fine for outdoors stuff. I call it my woodshiv.
Wow. I have never batoned with a kitchen knife before. If fact, until recently the kitchen knives we had were so bad that I snapped one on a stick of butter and one on a potato. Now my wife wonders why we have a mismatched set of Kizers in our kitchen.

Get yourself the Ulticlip Slim 3.3 and clip it in your front pocket and you’ll love it. I have the larger version the Jackalope/Exodus 4 and it’s awesome. I view S35VN as stainless steel despite all steels having carbon in them and it’s a super steel as well but it shouldn’t need extra care to prevent rust that I know of.
@@deathbyastonishment7930 I'm torn on that. On the one hand the people who have bought them say they are worth it. 150 isn't too bad for custom work. On the other you can get similar knives from tops or essee for a lot less. From everything I have read the steel should be comparable to 1095, which I personally like. I'm probably going to review.
I’m late on the uptake but that’s a nice little knife. The fact that it can baton and do kraftwerk makes it a model EDC knife, such a combination is music to my ears.
Does anyone remember the Cold Steel spike knives that’s what this knife reminds me of except this has handle scales and the Cold Steel Spike just had a wrapped handle. I had one and I carried it as a neck knife when I was younger and absolutely loved it so seems like I would absolutely love this blade as well so now I’m going to get one.
I think it is more than just a knife. It is a functional tool that can do multiple things, Good edge and easily sharpened. Small does not take a lot of room or weight. It is like an ESEE CR 2.5 but at a good price point. Look at the cost of an ESEE CR 2.5 Just my humble opinion.
I mostly watch Jake because I often disagree with him and like to challenge my own opinions, but yeah he does know what he`s talking about (he`s just a giant unrealistic what-if-ninja). This knife looks like it was inspired by the Esee Camp-Lore 2.5 (which he liked a lot if I remember correctly).

@@Thepreppersbunkeroutdoors I'm a "Spike" fan, too. Also, I love the thin knives. I have the really thick straight back model that came with a zero edge bevel.
