Hi Stassa thanks for showing off my Tidbit model! Its build #12, and the scales are crosscut Camo Carbon upfront, crosscut Carbon Waves metallic orange for the spacer, and vintage Westinghouse butterscotch paper micarta out back on carbon fiber liners. Sorry I didn't have the build card filled out, it was a spur of the moment deal when I ran into you. Have fun with it!
Same thing here stassa I started playing around with some small edc fixed and now I’m carrying them every day and really getting into some nice fixed blades
I would like to see a demonstration of stabbing through the table 😂 great line up and man the sweet spot 65hrc yes sir. Hope your doing well. Much appreciated, respected and loved brother. God Speed
Steve is a quality friend. Him and I got to be friends over our mutual love for high end whiskey. Actually helped me through a dark time in my life as well. I’ve yet to have the chance to buy a fixie from him, but I’ll have a steadfast and a kitchen knife from him by end of year.
Always enjoy your videos. I like skeletonized blades, I use them when im wearing bibs/overalls, usually icefishing or fishing in bad weather. Cant reach my pockets so the neck knife comes into play. The Bestech you showed is nice, just wanted to point out that petrified fish makes the bison which is also 14c steel, taco kydex sheath etc and comes in at 38$ vs the 100$ of bestexh
Hey Stassa, just wondered if you heard of Medford Knives black card program and if you were thinking of jumping in on it? You put a grand down and then you get either 25% return on your investment at the end of a year or you can choose the mystery knife. Only 250 units are going to be made and never again will anyone have the black card knife. Pretty sweet for us collectors!
I do like those TKell blades, spent far too much on them so far this year. He does make most of his models in AEBL as well if you want something more stainless. I'm not usually into bling things but I do like that Tidbit and it has a sheath like the Creely Mako, my favorite sheath.
That's funny you mention that, my Creely Mako was the knife that made me really get into EDCing fixed blades, because of the sheath. So I definitely borrowed from that design when ordering sheaths for my knives
Love ALL these choices BUT there is 1 you REALLY MUST SEE & USE , I got it from LuvThemKnives as a GAW & it is😵 The Olive Knives Fixed Blade😍 & it is truly 1 of a kind & I think you would LOVE it . 🤩
Nick..... Pinned scales is the CORRECT config for non stainless steels, as they are sealed with epoxy. Who wants to take scales off every time you wash a knife?
I love you Stassa but having studied with the Yoshiharas in traditional Japanese swordsmithing I cringe at Tan to pronunciation. Tahn to. Since it's the ridiculous American style tan to is as close as the design is. Makes me cringe though.
Thanks for giving me the correct pronunciation, I hate when I butcher something like that so I’m glad I know the correct was to say it. Just may have to give me a few reminders because ever since my accident my memory is very bad 👍🍻🍻
Hi there! I'm Under the Bridge Tool and Scale. I can't say the name of the App I'm on or youtube will delete the comment, but its the one where all the posts are pictures. Just search my name with no spaces. Thanks for the interest!
