    I bought a new door kit and then two little plastic pieces was in the kit and I did not know what they were for until I watched your video after watching I installed them thank you very much

    When I called the service number they were too busy to return parts you would have to do it through the website online. But if you want to order parts you'll speak to a live person in a new York minute.

    Why the f*** are these so expensive? It’s only two small pieces of flimsy plastic but a set of two costs $17 or more everywhere I look. They should be $5.
