Unfortunately, I don’t have any copy of the affidavit. However, you can search the list that they require from USCIS website and also they have examples template that you can find from google.

Omggg, I’m so sorry, I missed to apply it back to you. My case took about 1 months after I sent my RFE to USCIS and took 2 months to approved.

After I sent the evidence to USCIS it took about 2 months to receive my green card 💚

USCIS received my case on March 6,23 and I got approved on April 28,23

Nvc told me to print a document cover sheet but it is not there. Is document cover sheet the same as cover letter? Pls answer me. Thank you.
We actually no need to sent the cover letter to USCIS, I did it just because to make it easier for them. So I am not so sure about a document cover sheet. If you play Facebook it has the page called “USCIS CASE STATUS” they probably can answer the question.
