Trine 5: A Clockwork Conspiracy is an awesome sequel that keeps the good times rolling for one of the best co-op puzzle-platformer series out there. This set of puzzles are some of the strongest they’ve ever been, and boss fights are creative and original - even if those highlights are occasionally cut short with snooze-inducing combat sections and a predictable story. It may not do much to innovate beyond what we’ve done four times before, but Trine 5 plays to its strengths extremely well and makes some important tweaks here and there that definitely make it worthy of a playthrough or two.

Very enjoyable games that I'm surprised are still being made. A few years back they were about to close the studio, had to crowd fun, and cut features just to get a game out the door. It's great to see them still being as creative as ever.

@@V-visiontrine 3 is great tho? Have you actually played the game or are you saying it's bad because everyone does the same? It's not bad, it's on par with 1 and 5 and is really fun, first play then critique.
Have always loved the Trine games, even when they fail to truly innovate between entries in the series.
Who ever does environment art for them, is doing an amazing job! Almost every level theme is a masterpiece.
Love Trine and the developers. Such a great studio. If anyone here likes chill/complex puzzle games along with fantasy/hobbit vibes, give the series a go. You won't be displeased!. This is in my top 5 puzzle games of all time

Trine will always be a fantastic game to enjoy alone or with friends. Its beautiful, magical, and charming in all aspects. Really endearing games

Trine games some of the best fun you can have online in a party of 3. They are not too hard for a casual player but still require thinking for the puzzles so experience gamers have to stop and work together.
This one and then car guy are the best reviewers currently at IGN

Saw some people playing and they were actually having FUN. Something people rarely have in games these days.
It’s strange times when a Trine game gets an 8 and a triple A game from Bethesda gets a 7 a couple days before😂 love the Trine series though!

They really fell behind on graphics compared to other games....
Really like these games, its just a shame they never finished trine 3 and went straight to 4 and 5.

And it's more than just too many games, they're constantly competing for your time to increase their LTV and want you to spend as much time there as possible.

Trine 2 was the peak of the series. The gameplay, music, level design and art direction were top notch.

Trine is one of my favorite platformers ever. It's odd that they never made a third entry but we're now at Trine 5!
