These games are underrated. I have been carrying them in my heart for years and years, associating them with real moods (a kind of nostalgia).
However, after a long time I decided to platinum the 2nd one, and now I finally have all the games at 100% 😂.

Trine 2 > trine 1 or 3 > trine 5 > trine 4. 5 is just slightly worse than 1 or 3 imo

I’ve only played the original 1 and 4, and I feel like I like the first one more than 4. The combat feels less exciting and worse, but 1’s felt so seamless with the skeleton enemies

The combat in 4 is definitely worse than in 1, 2 or 3, and the platforming is nonexistent too, it's only puzzles

I don't remember exactly, maybe in the updated game you can choose the classic mode.
I really don't remember anymore. In any case, the first version looks bad.

Please don't listen to anyone who says 4 is better than 1 or 3, 4 is ONLY puzzles, hardly any combat or platforming and when they are present they're horrible, 3 is really fun and even if people say it's bad I think you should try it, most important is to play 2 and 1.

@@furkansrc11 yes you can play on one computer (HotSeat) up to 3 players. In Trine 4 possibly 4 players at the same time :) All you need is a few gamepads.

It's crazy to see the difference between the second one and the third, trine kinda got worse ever since the second one hope trine 5 becomes what trine 3 should've been.
