- The onboard race action from the first 5 minutes of the Gorrick Torq 3-6-9. This was the fastest start to a race i have ever been involved in and i thought i would show you the footage to see just what it takes to go with the front of a mountain bike xco race start.

It looks a proper test, more stamina and speed in the bank (legs) for the future.
Course looked awesome, I am sure you can find some Zwift interval sessions to help the training, that's what i use, can't wait for the next vid

I did the 6 hr solo race and crashed in exactly the same way and place as you.
I could see that we weren't the only ones caught out there by the marks on the ground.
Some of the roots and corners were so slippy, I was down on multiple occasions 😅

You were holding well! (Until you weren’t) that’s what I did yesterday at my race and REALLY struggled later. I ended up DNF😢
