In our store, we are seeing strong demand for both natural and synthetic diamonds. We are selling comparable amounts of natural diamonds as in previous years, but overall sales have surged with the availability of synthetics are extremely low prices. Despite disclosing that synthetic diamonds have essentially no resale value and that we expect them to be worth $0, or close to $0 on the second-hand market people still buy them. It is an interesting dynamic.
As long as we spend the time to educate the customer as much as we can and properly disclose these things we can feel good about serving our customers and helping them purchase whatever they believe makes the most sense for them.

Consumers would rather have numerous/multiple pieces (CVDs) for the same price of only one piece of earth-mined (slave labor) carbon crystals.

no they wont. diamond is a luxury and like evey luxury product there will be cheaper alternatives and knock off. . cvds are in demand because of perceived value of natural diamonds..and in any market luxury buyers willl not even touch quantity cvds whose price are goin to be around 50-60 $ per carat in near future

      @@nimitpatwa5376 keep telling yourself that
The market for earth mined is plummeting
Time for the jewelry industry to change the game plan, start looking at other gems such as paraiba, padparadschas, emeralds, etc

Nope. The US market has shifted to MULTIPLE PIECES of jewelry for the SAME PRICE of one piece. #FACT
