Jerry Tillery's unsportsmanlike conduct penalty cost the Las Vegas Raiders dearly against the Los Angeles Rams last Thursday. But if not for Tillery, the Raiders might not have gone on a three game winning streak or even been in that Thursday night game.

Well he sure impacted the Rams game... unfortunately it was very costly at the end of the game. But he did ball out in the chargers game.

Bottom line is if he's locked up with two linemen , someone is going to have an opportunity to make a play

That unsportsmanlike should have been a delay of game. That shit never gets called against any other team.

He ones of those unsung hero on the raiders. Taking up double teams all day. Don’t get enough credit.

I totally ditto your assessment of tillary and believe that we have found just what we needed to fortify our defensive line!

The only thing is that everyone smacks the ball out of other players hands. I’ve never seen that called until Thursday and to compound that they stopped calling holding penalties on the offense.

Man I really REALLY wish he wouldn't have slapped that ball outta Bakers hands. B/c otherwise he has had nothing but a phenomenal effect on the d-line.

It seemed like the refs were helping LA the whole game, especially with the non holding calls on Crosby.

Carl, your doing great on your analysis. Tillery cost us the Rams game. That is too big of a mistake.

Agree with what you said about him. I hope he's learned, and finds Vegas his home, he does have talent.

Something every "D" Lineman should know being a Raider. You commit any penalty there is a high likely hood of getting called. especially during the 4th quarter.

Just think if we would have kept Quintin Jefferson paired up with Tillery D-line would look more dominate JS.
