The fresh is smaller because the packs are different like you said . The 2 packs from the store are made bigger because it’s only 2 Reese’s . The pack from the fresh one is like the packs that they give in Halloween bags or a bag full of them so they are always made smaller because you get more . So that’s why it’s smaller because it’s different packs

If you want fresh Reese's I found that the long 12-pack at like Walmart or the 5-pack at stores like HEB are the best way to go. The small 2-pack ones are always old tasting to me and sometimes have a weird wax-like coating on them.
