Great musical history
For me from about 64 to 82 Jamaican music was so good .. from ska Rock steady through roots rockers n dub to early dance hall...then it lost its way for me a bit too.... but some of that 70s stuff ..is just sublime absolute magical music from that beautiful island 🏝
Totally agree Stewart. When Garnet, Luciano, Morgan Heritage and the 90's Roots resurgence came out, I fell back in love with Reggae music.
@@shaunie57 i agree with ya mate ...there is some.good roots..and dub coming out now. As well...sound system culture is now massive again in England .it never exactly left.but ..it was never like it is now in a way ..especially with the students....filling halls again..and in Europe they ..love there reggae...which is good to see.its great music so to me it makes sense .Any how take care and all the best
