After watching so many fish fileting videos, not happy with the way this person cut the fish if I was the customer. Cuts were sloppy and blood touched the flesh everywhere 😭 but I can't even touch the fish so I would never say anything in person
Agree! The squid was done well but the fish was sloppy and not as well done. Also it prononged the fishes death for the sake of getting a "perfect headless fish"

Those places run about as clean as you can get. They don't leave fish parts lying around to rot and they keep the tanks fresh. There may be some fishy smell but you'd be surprised.

He wasn’t alive. The movement came from the nerves that were still intact cause the fish died like 20 seconds ago. Dead fishes or also other animals can move even 3 hours after being killed because of the energy in the body that they weren’t able to use up. They will stop moving after the rest energy is used up.
