    Pranam mharaj🙏🙏. Mharaj main daily dhyan se pahle pranayam karta hoon. Aur pranayam ke bad saanso per dhyan lagata hoon. Bahut accha lagta hai.
    Problem ye hain ki 4-5 day ke bad pranayam se sanse itni halki hone lagti hai ki sans kab inhale aur exhale hoti hai , khud control kar pana muskil hone lagta hai. Isliye mujhe chahte hue bhi pranayam chodna padta hai. Kripya iska koi solution bataye🙏🙏
