    Sir I'm following ur meditation tips from last 4 mths bcoz I'm suffering from panic anxiety bcoz I was alcoholic but right now I overcome the anxiety without any medicine. Sir ur really great. I had quit the alcohol

    It's really works amazing. I have started meditation for last three days.The thousands of unwanted thoughts are deleted from mind, and Good and creative thoughts are filtered and results nicely.     Since 3 months every day I used to meditate.but my mind use to go out of control. But I never give up. Now where ever I start meditation, automatically mind stays in peace. Now I became restlessness to peaceful soul. Thank u for guiding us.

    Tried today.. Very easily performed with your guidance.. Intend to do it 3-4 times every day and gradually increase time from 5 minutes to 7,10,15 minutes. Hope with your blessings I will be able to achieve my above target in 10-15 days and then continue lifelong. Thank you very much 🙏🙏
