This just reminds me how different our growing zones are even though I'm inland North San Diego County. Some of our Okra plants are about 8 feet tall and just grinding out the okra.
I really like what you guys said about the growing zones, because I always felt limited by my growing zone, I’m 6a. Also because of my Partially shaded balcony. But now I’m gonna try different things. I’m already growing herbs and leafy greens, I have done cherry tomatoes, now I’m gonna try flowers and other stuff too.
I live full-time in an RV in zone 9b and I kept a sugar pie pumpkin plant in a reasonably sized plastic tote with drainage holes in the bottom of the sides. It was thriving even though my summer hit 125°F multiple weeks and we had to move camp a few times my garden travels with me, trust me it takes some effort but it can be done with some quick thinking and creativity. There was a couple of days that I had to chase the shade for some plants like the garlic😂 to keep it alive
Great podcast, but Logan Hailey reminds me of tinkerbell. Which soil is magical. I like Jacques garden but I like organized chaos, not just in my opinion chaos.
Wow y’all need more content from this wild nature woman!!! Haha😅 Thanks for sharing your wealth of knowledge Jacques!

Ai is very annoying and it’s contributing to even more misinformation in the age of misinformation. There should be limits on it.
