thanks for the detailed review. You covered some elements of the design, I had not seen before now. I am a little taller than you (5'7") but still require a short size rather than the standard inseam length. My question does not relate to the lenght of the inseam, but rather where the knee armour sits securely at the knee. I have found fitting other armoured pants/jeans that the knee armour sits too low. For example, the Klim 34-Short pants, I'm wearing now to ride, are barely high enough to cover my knee and could be raised another couple of inches they use D30 ghost armour which can tend to mover around quite easiy without any secure pocket or sleeve. Now, these Klim jeans are loose fitting while the advantage goes to Knox trousers that are by design snug. My question for you, is much like the previous comment: Do the knee pads on the Knox MK2 trousers properly cover your knees? I'm betting if this works for you... it will be good for me, as I am a little taller. Thanks for your great review and help in answering my question. BTW, I am in a location in eastern Canada with no local dealers of Knox gear! Otherwise, I'd go try them on!
I've had John Doe and currently have Pando Moto but both have terrible armour compared to my RST pro series ventilator 4 which the amour contours your knees, stays in place, doesn't shift to the inside leaving the outside of the knee exposed, full coverage of the knee and is thick.
TUTTO BELLO MA E' SBAGLIATO IL COLORE. PER L' ESTATE è INDISPENSABILE AVERE DEI COLORI CHIARI. PER ESEMPIO LA GIACCA E' GRIGIA E DEVONO ESSERLO ANCHE I PANTALONI.
Just ordered the tor armoured shirt and these trousers, looking forward to some off road summer adventures 😊👍
