How to Make a Meat Tenderizer Mallet

- I gathered up some wood from the wine barrel wood scrap bin to make a meat mallet. After figuring out how make the pointed tenderizing side , I noticed that the oak wood was just too brittle and the points were braking off . So I switched to some Hard Maple for the mallet faces. Which turn out working better and I think looking better ..... Thanks for watching.
