I bet performing on stage for an hour or 2 made up the majority of Chino's cardio. The rest of the time would be spent sleeping on the tour bus, eating fast food, drinking, smoking cigs and doing fun drugs. I think Chino ballooned because he has a normal metabolism that fluctuates how it should. I first saw Deftones in 2010 during the Diamond Eyes tour and I remember seeing Chino in real life and looking very slim, just like me, no ass! Belt's are a must for our kind hahalol. My boss at my current job told me stories of when he saw them perform in late '97! To me, that's peak Deftones!
