While I lived in Brazil, I developed a gastric ulcer. I went to the endocrinologist for years (4 years to be precise). Nothing just seemed to relieve that pain, the reflux, and the associated discomfort. When I came to live in Angola, Africa, in 2016, a friend showed me a Moringa tree and told me that it was a native plant and that it even could solve the condition I had. At first I doubted it, but after researching some scientific documents and watching some videos, I decided to give it a try. I went to one tree, of the hundreds that I found here in the streets, I picked up some pods and took them with me. At home, I took the seeds from the pods and chewed 4 seeds a day, in the morning on an empty stomach. Already on the third day, I began to feel improvements, as the frequent stomachache disappeared. The following week, I no longer had the reflux. Today, it's been 7 years since I've lived in Angola, Africa, and I'm free of gastric ulcer, the reflux and the intestinal pains. Thanks God for the Moringa!

Best way to take Moringa is to eat it fresh, we use to eat it almost everyday, we put the leaves in the soup or over rice and steam it, eat it as a salad, we dry the leaves an stem and make a tea out of eat. We use to have a big tree at our back yard in the Philippines. Do not buy the Chinese Moringa Capsule, they mixed all kinds of junk in it, China do not have quality control. When I go visit the Philippines my family gather bunch of leaves and dry it and I bring it home to California and use it for almost a year. Moringa should not have a bitter or dirt taste to the process powders if suppose to have a slight pleasant earthy taste to it. If it have a taste it’s not pure. You can dry the fresh leaves and put it in a jar it last long time.

First, I want to tell you, “Thank you”….thank you …thank you.
A couple of years I came across your guys videos…I don’t even know why, I happen to watch your videos on Moringa cause I wasn’t having any health issues..
    Long story short:
I end up buying the Moringa capsules …you recommended….I took them here and there not every day.
    Than I stopped taking them.
    Well, fast forward…
One day I happened to take a very long walk(5miles). I came home and my knee started to hurt, so brushed it off thinking I over done it by walking all those miles.
Fast forward: For almost one month and half…that pain never went away.
My knee was slightly swollen and started to affect my walking. I was waking up with sharp pains.. throbbing pain into my knee.
I had read on knee symptoms why I was having pain.
I came to the conclusion I might have arthritis in that knee…
Well, the other day I happen to come across your videos again about Moringa!!
I had new bottle of Moringa….i immediately got up and went into my cabinet and took 2 capsules..not recommended at once but of course I founded out late why.
Let me tell you something….immediately after taking those pills within 30mins of taking them, I can feel the pain started diminish.
Within 3 days of taking these pills, the pain in my knee is gone, the stiffness and swollen is diminished. I haven’t woken up with that sharp pain….and best of all I don’t walk with a limp any more. My knee is back to normal.
So, once again ..I want Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
If it wasn’t from you doing your VIDEOS testimony on how Moringa helped you..I wouldn’t haven’t known about Moringa!
MORINGA IS THE HOLY GRAIL from God FOR Arthritis! Thank you, and God bless!🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

I only take one Moringa pill a day. But when I get lazy with swollowing pills and skip a few days of pill taking, then I have to take one Moringa and one iron pill. Since the pandemic, I now take zinc, D3, iron and one Moringa. It works extremely well as a whole purpose vitamin but since I am normally very anemic, at times I find adding one iron pill to the regiment manages my overall feeling of health fairly well.
Hope this helps your situation. At one point I was up to 9 iron pills a day, which is a dangerous amount....but i was VERY anemic.

I grew up with Moringa, aka Malunggay. It's a huge tree that you can plant in your backyard. You can find trees or leaves for sale in some Oriental stores, esp. Filipino stores. I usually buy them in stems, collect the leaves and divide them in portions. Make chicken soup and sprinkle Moringa leaves, garnish with aromatic garlic, and it's heavenly good!! Freeze some for next day use.

In South Texas it grows easily. I started by stripping off the leaves, and eating either fresh on food, or drying & putting in blended drinks.
    Always bright green.
I discard any that had turned yellow on the trees.
Fast forward, I dry leaves, powder them in a Nutibullet or ninja and make capsules.
    Capsules just more convenient.
Each branch you cut off to harvest the leaves, can be stuck in the ground and it easily grows into another tree.
    Which I give away.
It truly is a “miracle tree”.

Hi Brad, thanks to both you and your wife for your wonderful videos ... have learned so much about this wonderful product - MORINGA! I cannot even begin to explain how grateful I am for finding out about your videos! Has changed my life! I was suffering for almost a year with severe pain in my left knee - so much so , I would literally cry with the pain at nights (no sleep) kept taking Tylenol for relief. Finally my children forced me to see a specialist - In May of this year I was diagnosed with RA! I refuse to take prescription drugs! I started on Moringa after watching your video and 2 weeks now ... inflammation in my knee has reduced!! Thanks to your videos!
Question: The brand of Moringa you are talking about is not available in Canada :( how do I go about getting it? Please and thank you!
