    Once the basmati rice is added, it should be cooked on a low flame for 15 minutes. If the biryani pot has cooled down, start by cooking on a high flame for 2-3 minutes, then let it rest for 10 minutes.
    बासमती चावल डालने के बाद इसे 15 मिनट तक धीमी आँच पर पकाना है। यदि बिरयानी का बर्तन ठंडा हो गया हो, तो शुरुआत में 2-3 मिनट के लिए तेज आँच पर पकाएँ, फिर इसे 10 मिनट के लिए ढक कर रखें।

      only 15 mins low flame pe rakhna hai basmati rice add karne ke baad, agar biryani ka bartan thanda ho gaya ho to aap 2-3 mins starting me high flame pe rakhiyega fir rest dena hai 10 mins ka :)

    don't follow this.. he is trying to fool.. authentic hyderabadi is katchi style biryani means chicken is not half cooked before.. it is cooked with rice itself.. he is showing pakki style of biryani
