The one I had was admin only, as I tested the server before public launch. Not sure what's available at the moment as not been on for a while

yes, but there are also other dangers such as aggressive animals etc

As long as you have decent guns and prep well with a few teammates you will do fine
I'm a South Korean and I'm a newbie. Is the server difficult??
Not really, there are harder ones. It can be challenging as it's PvE. There are some areas that are endgame or require teamwork to do.
