Best band ever
So...here is how I've always looked Tool's career; early Tool = ANGRY Tool, mid/late 90's Tool = Philosophical Tool, current Tool = Reflective/Contemplative Tool. LOL! Every fan has their preferred version with most liking every iteration...for me, I felt like as the band got older and grew, so did I. I found them as an angry teenager, they became my favorite band when I was in my early 20's trying to figure life and myself out and now that I'm in my mid-40's...their latest album is, in a lot of ways, fairly relatable. Depending on the mood I'm in largely plays a big role in what song/album I play. If I'm irritated or just feel like blowing off some steam, I'll play something off of Opiate or Undertow, If I'm deep in thought or just want to "check out" for a little bit, I throw something on off of Aenima or Lateralus...if I'm calm, cool and collected then something off of 10,000 Days or Fear Inoculum is what I'll play...usually. As always, there are no set rules for listening to music, it's just something that plays a large part for what I do. Thought maybe that could be of some help to you guys in deciding what you want to hear next from them. Love the reactions, you guys are fun to watch!

Letter see early apc. When they played Judith on Conan O’Brien in 2000. There isn’t very much high quality live footage of Maynard live when he was still performing as a frontman and not standing back in the shadows. That transition happened amidst the Lateralus tour.

@@MusicMonstersEnt I'm going with he's, not even with the courtesy to be low-key about it, saying he doesn't care about the video, he just wants to look at her. The internet makes it safe for little weasels to say things that would probably cost them some teeth in person. That's how I would translate what he said if it was me and my wife doing the video... but maybe I got him all wrong.
I give people the benefit of the doubt. I got those vibes from him too but I wanted him to explain it.

One thing that's glaring here is the complete lack of tinsel like pyrotechnics and fancy lighting. This is all about the music.

Hey, It's Leo here... I have heard this before, Erika has not, she grew up on hip hop and oldies and listened to a lot of reggaeton music.
If feel like you guys weren't listening to the lyrics at all. Hes talking about drug addiction and how it ruins live and you two are smiling and laughing. I get the youtube reaction video formula is proven to work, but when you end up reacting to songs like this it just comes accross as bizarre and makes it obvious you weren't really listening to words. Not trying to be a jerk. Just a heads up
Thanks for your comment Joe, this is Leo, I've heard the song before, I was showing it to Erika in this video. I didn't explain the lyrics to her before hand, I was excited to show her this song because it is one of my favorites. The laughing and smiling is directed to the music, the pattern changes, the performance itself is fantastic! I showed her the lyrics afterwards and explained them to her.
Idk why everyone loves this live performance so much. The video/sound quality is terrible.
