Osmo Action footage is not color graded its just set to the default colors. Also yes rocksteady does work on all resolutions but the highest fps rocksteady works at is 60.
Love the drone footage 😎 nice tarpon action but please fix your fpv angle. 50% of your frame is not watchable due to rod and hand blocking the view and the camera angle needs to be slightly higher to see all the epic tarpon jumps. Why you don't use the hat for your camera? It's the best fpv placement for sure.. Anyways 😁 great video nonetheless 👍
I agree, but, while tarpon fishing your head is on a swivel trying to look for rolling tarpon and your video wont look so good.

pretty sure justin uses the loop knot, not 100% sure tho.

I use a loop knot for lures and hooks then an alberto knot for leader to main line.

That drone footage was sick. You were on a big school of mullet!
When we fished down your way a couple weekends ago I was mostly netting 10 inch and up baits. I wasn't ever on a big school of them. Mostly netting 1's and 3's at a time. We had tons of tarpon blow ups but only stuck a couple. Never got but one to the boat. They were all 40 lbs and up. They would hit the mullet 3 or 4 times and not eat it. Bull sharks were thick too we got sharked over and over and over.
Glad you got on them when they were sure enough hungry.

Live bait for tarpon after fish takes bait count to 20 , circle hook will buried in the corner of the mouth ..... 80lb leader mono , 50 lb braid , 6 foot leader line . Hooked up 6 one day got 6 to the boat and released .
A snook mouth compared to tarpon are so different u have to let them eat the bait . There are times where i have free spooled for a few seconds or a really loose drag ....

I live in Puerto Rico and we have some huge tarpon had a bigger yesterday but snapped my line what's a good line to use braided line perhaps? better to use mulets to catch or are synthetic lures good too I've been using synthetics

I used to use a head mount and hated it. There are tons of negatives to a head mount. Try adding a 1 pound weight on your hat for 5 hours in 90° weather, you'll understand why I don't use it.

Well a 2:15 ratio of hook ups to landing a tarpon is about right so don't feel bad bc it's about average with those slippery overgrown herring! But it is fun just casting mullet in canals for them and snook!! Very simple but very effective😎👍👍 Good stuff man

I usually Slighty Poke or scratch the bait's eye ball with the hook. Tarpon/snook/reds will never have to chase them that much or miss them.

That’s the way it goes man. Was at beane point near Tampa for the run going on right now. We jumped 5 and caught 1. Doesn’t help having 100 boats on top of each other though lol
